Good computer so far, a few more scratches to the outside of the laptop than I was expecting but the rest of the computer looks great. The price seems fair and the communication and delivery were spot on I'd definitely recommend this company.

Ordering from the Web Site was easy and there was a good choice of affordable refurbished laptops with detailed specs. The Courier service gave us a delivery day then a 1 hour timeslot plus real time updates! The PC was well packaed and looks as new. It was set up ready to go so was quikly in use.

I didn't want Windows 10 so looked for Win 7 laptops and found Valucomputers and took the plunge in buying a secondhand machine, the Dell I bought was pretty decent and the delivery from Valu was quick, so 5 stars.

I had tried to buy locally but was let down twice. I wish I had gone to valucomputers from the beginning. Easy to use website, good choice of items and good value. When my laptop arrived, which didn't take long and with excellent couriers too, it was perfect. Pretty much all set up and ready to go. I can't thank valucomputers enough.

Ordered a used laptop from Valucomputers, had keyboard problem. They sent a spare keyboard but still had problem. We agreed to wait as it was busy for them over xmas period. Directly 1st week in January they sent a replacement laptop and collected the faulty one. Very impressed with their response on the phone and would recommend them with no hesitation!

Super speedy delivery, laptop in good condition just needed Windows and Internet Explorer update for the laptop to work well, so i had to spend about 5 hours on the phone with Microsoft to get it sorted.
