I have been looking for a reasonably priced Del windows 7 with i7 and 1tb HDD for a while. Not a fan of later Windows platforms. My 6 year old Acer is about to give up. It arrived within 3 days. There was a problem with the delivery. This was fixed soon after I called. Bought extras with this model also. It was still cheaper than hi street retailers. Good communication by email text and phone. Superb Service!! Thank you

My mother in law had a laptop which I think noah used to log the animals into the ark. It eventually broke. She did not want to spend to much for a new one and asked me to sorce one for her. I found one that met her needs and within her budget. It was delivered to her from the other side of the country and within the time frame stated. She is over the moon. I'd have no problem recommending valuecomputers

Very pleased with this laptop, in very good condition and fully working, except for one of the rear USB ports, which is not really a problem. It is a pleasure to use the Windows 7 OS, after 15 months struggling with Windows 10, which was obviously released too soon. If only I could buy on new laptop with Windows 7 installed!

Delivery on the day as promised , packageing very good well protected against rough handling ,the Laptiop as advertised came with a recovery disc . Installed my printer within 10 mins no problem I recommend

Absolutely no issues with Val-U- Computers - efficient and kept me informed as required - product provided matched anticipated. Packing excellent Only issue was with delivery agent - waited in at time and day specified but never arrived - received message that delivery failed as nobody in to sign for product and card left. Neither correct - we were in and did not receive any card. Had to rearrange for following day.

Very professional prompt delivery. Only let down was that they sent the wrong restore disk but they sent right disk after I emailed them without any problems. Over all very good service. By the way this is a second laptop I have bought from them in the last 5 years. Old one is still going hopefully this will as well.

I wanted a second-hand laptop with windows 7 on. I found one at a very good price on Valucomputers' site. The ad described some marks and wear to the case and screen. As I wasn't bothered about the aesthetics of the machine, I ordered it anyway. They contacted me to say that as they were getting ready to despatch it they had noticed one or two further marks which hadn't been described and offered me a better machine at the same price. It arrived quickly and very well-packed, was very easy to set up and is now in regular use. We are delighted with it. This is obviously a company which cares about the quality of what they are selling and about not letting customers down.

Excellent customer service was provided by Trevor Gedge at Valucomputers following my report of an intermittent fault with the screen of a the HP Elitebook laptop that had been dispatched to me. A few things were tried to fix it but Trevor had no hesitation on deciding to replace it with another one. This replacement was received and the original one collected within a couple of days. Trevor kept me informed all the way and both delivery and collection happened on time as we had agreed. The replacement is in even better condition than the original which was excellent. My original review stands and is further enhanced by this excellent customer service experience, well done.

I ordered the Lenevo because I wanted a good quality laptop with a genuine copy of Windows 7 installed. That is exactly what I got and delivery was in a one hour slot and exactly on time. I had a problem with an error message after a couple of days but that was resolved in 5 minutes, over the telephone, by a really friendly and helpful member of the team. Based on my experience I would recommend Valucomputers.
