Mar 01,2019The tyre fitter managed to leave the locking wheel nut on the wheel a fact I discovered after I had driven home to find no lock in the boot. I had to order another item from Mercedes Benz which cost £35.00 and wasted several hours finding the correct lock from a box of 64 options. So somewhat less than impressed.

Feb 28,2019I'm impressed. They had my tyres at the lowest price. Were flexible when I asked to change the date of fitting and were then happy to refund me when the fitter (who was very good too) told me that I didn't need new tyres after all and that the main dealer had exaggerated. For an online company I didn't really know, I was very impressed.

Feb 28,2019I shopped around online for some front tyres This was my third purchase from Value Tyres. Excellent service every time. Easy to use site, easy to access the phone staff who are polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Just Tyres fitted them on the agreed date. I highly recommend both of theses companies. It’s refreshing to find these companies are consistently professional. Finally the fitted price was by far the best online.

Feb 23,2019It was an easy and good experience to buy tyres from valuetyres.co.uk. The tyres as compare to other online sellers were cheaper as well (Nexen SU1 NFERA 215/45/18) The time slot I booked online with the garage was not available. However the valuetyres customer support re arranged it with out any hassle. The garage staff was very cooperative as well. Only driven 20 miles with the new tyres but the tyres look good as well.

Feb 19,2019Great price but extremely let down by the fitting company, 2.5 hour wait for 2 tyres to be fitted and these I don't think are balanced correctly but would not return to original fitters as such poor service.
