Mar 18,2019Booked on a Monday for a Thursday morning fitting but tyres didn’t arrive until after 4pm. No phone call to advise and probably none the wiser until I called to find out what’s the delay.

Mar 10,2019Ordering process seemed reasonably simple but then was cancelled the next day due to lack of stock. Not acceptable for a set of 165/14s used the world over. Ended up going online at Kwik Fit and was surprised to find a very similar price.

Mar 09,2019Arranged with the garage for my tyres to be fitted on a Saturday at 08:30. Arrived to find that their were no tyres and the staff on duty knew nothing about it. Tried to contact Valuetyres to no avail. My Saturday morning has been wasted. I have managed to contact value tyres and they were very sorry, but they do not know where my tyres are, but will make enquiries on Monday when the supplier is open! So next Saturday then?

Mar 06,2019Good price but poor communication, had a time slot of a.m. and was told I would be advised when tyre arrived, phoned at 11.45 to be told the tyre had arrived first thing that morning.

Mar 05,2019All was well. Ordered my tyres, chose my garage to have them fitted. Picked the date. Excellent.... Then went to the garage at stated time, only to be told they won't fit them unless I gave an extra £20. To which I refused. I paid the asking price on the website. Phoned value tyres, who spoke to garage owner, and they came back and said he is still refusing to put the tyres on. I was refunded 5'days later. Total waste of my time and energy. Will be going back to my local garage from now on. A little more expensive, but far less hassle

Mar 20,2019The administration was not good tyre fitter selected- would not respond to calls - new company was selected. They then could not find the order number. The gent that ran the garage was nice enough. I mailed valuetyers for more details as to when the appointment was but got no reply. All in all the tyres were a good deal however the administration was shocking
