The service is consistently excellent and if ever there was a problem e.g. not enough stock in a particular brand, they have phoned me in order to solve the problem. I ordered vape online yesterday and chose dpd as sender. I recieved a phone call within 30 mins from Vape direct to let me know that dpd had already collected from them and as its a bank Holiday the next collection would be on Tuesday. I was able to change to royal mail which actually came today. Fantastic service as always. Thank you
