Site is easy to navigate. Delivery is quick and can be sent to your local pick up point if you're not going to be home. Never ordered liquid before but the disposal vapes ordered in the past have been great

My order wasn't delivered, so I emailed the company explaining this. They promptly replied and I received my order the following day, which was good. They even put a different flavoured juice in, maybe as an apology, but unfortunately it was past the best before date, but still a nice gesture.

Website is very difficult to navigate and often goes down completely . The black star on the left-hand side of the chat box prevents you from seeing what you’ve typed.
