I paid for my order over 2 weeks ago. Have not received my juice. I have tried contacting vss . Nothing , I'm out $115.00 I will never order from vss again. I've been a customer for 2 years.
Placed two orders with them and the "turn around time" was great; my third order placed on Dec 2, (order # 815609) is still processing and today is 12-11-19. I have sent several messages with only an automated response that the message was received. If I continue to receive service like this; this order will most likely be the last one.
If I could give zero Stars I would. Paid the money never got the package never received any emails back from them when I was asking about the package. Don't waste your time with this scam
I ordered on 11/27. Gave the benefit of the doubt with the holiday. Emailed on the 10th day, not response. Another email on the 12th day no response. I've been ordering from VS for over a year now. In fact I've referred many people to them because I've had great experiences and products from them. However I am very disappointed that I haven't received any communication on what the status of my order it. Order number is 786208, date 11/27.
Order placed 10 days ago, still processing after 2 emails sent with no reply. Just sent a refund request and will be contacting my bank first thing in the morning. Never again. Third strike, should have learned from last time, but it didn't take this long to get the product last time. I order over $100 every time and order at least once a month. I should have read the reviews before buying from them again. I used to order from Vape Society Supplies but then stopped and went to a different vendor about half a year ago. Well, my other vendor was out of the product and so I ordered from Vape Society, forgetting that in the past they said they had products on their websites but in reality they didn't. So after I placed my order today, I wanted to call and verify that they had it and would be sending it priority mail since I paid $8.69 for the fastest shipping... well the call went straight to voicemail. In the past they used to answer their calls immediately. In case you are reading this, I need to know if you have my order# 826694 and if it's going to be sent out today or tomorrow if not, please issue me a refund immediately... not in 2 or 3 weeks like in the past when you didn't have my products and I didn't find out until a week later. I want my refund to hit my account as quickly as you took it out. I'm also posting a 1 star review on yelp.
I've been ordering from Vape Society for over a year and never had a problem until now. Order was placed on 11/29 and today is 12/9. I have emailed and called multiple times and received no response. I work in the ecommerce industry so I have sympathy for CS workers buried under the holiday rush, but you MUST always inform your customers of any delays that occur for any reason. A simple email or even a quick blurb on the homepage would be fine. Even a social media post assuring people that late orders are being worked on. ANYTHING is better than nothing. This is the basic level of customer service that any store should be able to perform and should I know because I've been doing it myself for many years. If anyone from Vape Society is reading this, please update me on order #799430. Even if the something I bought is backordered I would at least like to be informed. I'll update my review if I get a response. EDIT: I finally got through to someone on Facebook Messenger of all things. Apparently some of my items are backordered and they are holding the order. While i'm glad to finally have an answer I think it's pretty bizarre that I've had to chase down a reply through social media rather than any of the usual channels. A quick backorder notice email when the order was placed would have been greatly appreciated.
I ordered a week ago today and is still processing. One time it took 15 days to process and 5 days to deliver.
I have been a loyal customer for over a year and this is the first time they have not responded to emails and don't answer the phone. I placed my order Dec 1 but turn around time is max 72 hours. After multiple emails and calls with no response they FINALLY responded to my complaint on Facebook days later and gave me a refund. Very unprofessional, don't waste your time or money. There are plenty of other amazing companies out there who actually answer their phone and care about their customers.
I placed an order about a week ago now (Monday, 12/2/19) and the money was withdrawn from my account but the order has not been shipped and its status is still 'processing', I submitted a ticket on Thursday and have received no reply. Starting to think I've been scammed because their website lists maximum processing time at 72 hours. It's a shame because I've been a customer of theirs for over a year with little issue. I understand if they're extremely busy but the lack of communication is inexcusable. If I don't hear anything within the next 2 days I'll be charging back the payment to my card.
My order 816115 was placed a week ago. I've emailed with no response and have yet to receive a tracking number. I am not happy at all. I have poured so much money into vape items and this was a Christmas present, now I feel like I'm out over $50 Update: I finally got an email back with shipping information and it only took a few days to arrive. My order came in full and packaged perfectly. I moved my 1 star to 3. Customer service needs some work but overall I am satisfied, at least I got my product!

The mark of a good company is not whether they make mistakes, it’s how they fix them. This is a lesson that @Vapesocietysupply could learn. They’ve messed up my order on two occasions and won’t fix it. The latest one they delivered the wrong items (one bottle of juice instead of the 3 I ordered). I contacted their help desk and received a ticket but still no response. I also called three times - you never get a person and they never call you back. No good - avoid them.

I placed an order on November 28th. It still has not been shipped. I have emailed them three times and have not received a response. I don't know what happened to this company but they suck now. I am going to dispute the charges today.
I placed an order on November 25 (BEFORE Thanksgiving), and a week and a half later I still have no shipping notification even though the money has been taken from my bank account. I received an order confirmation for order#238295, bit after that, nothing. I tried emailing and calling twice, but no reply and their voice mailbox is full. This sounds like a bogus company. Tomorrow I will be heading to the bank to cancel the charge.

Processing time is a nightmare. You could place an order on a Monday afternoon and have it not even leave their warehouse to get shipped out for another two weeks.. Therefore, getting your package 3 weeks later. & This is only scratching the surface for things that suck about this company
I placed an order 4 days ago and have not received a tracking number. This seems to be a common theme. I understand with the holiday last week but it is now Tuesday at 6 p.m. and nothing. My order number is 798300. Thank you! Update- It is now 3 days later and still no word from them. These people are an absolute joke. I have never ordered online from anywhere and not received at least a tracking number and it has now been 8 days!
