So tired of this b.s. I have been completely screwed in the past by them and was forced to try again this month 3/21 due to the fact everywhere else was out of stock. The prices suck you in, can’t beat the prices but if you never get your products is it worth it? They had once sent me the wrong fluid and when I contacted them they said “oh well” and never fixed the issue. I placed an order over 2 weeks ago and it still says it’s processing, I have sent email after email only to get no response. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE CLOWNS UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM horrible delivery times and sometimes you never actually get you order. Customer service is non existent and they will just steal your money.
I'm up to about 800-1000 with VSS in the past couple weeks. My first order with them I had so many issues, packages open on the inside of the box the foil was CUT open in some pods very weird. I also got expired juice in this order, I had a missing bottle in this order, then the leaking bottles their where several. One bottle had developed a jellatin appearing seepage coming out of the bottle very odd. The juice is harsh for a 6mg perhaps from being improperly stored. Then the keep it 100 bottles leaking one of which the spout came off with the cap when I opened it, it was also missing roughly 20-30mls of 100. Then the loaded bottle was also missing like 10-15mls out of 120 maybe more. There where two others leaking but not enough to complain as it's normal. I had made my second order before I got this 1st one, 2nd order I received 3x incorrect bottles of iced instead of regular juice big bummer there. And again the keep it 100 was open so much that the spout came off with the cap again. These order do have 20+ bottles each though for clarity. But still they haven't fixed anything I've been playing phone tag for weeks the dude that answers the phone is always the same guy he knows me by my first name now. He is saying he will talk to the supervisor to attempt to get it all fixed. Called today he hasn't talked to the supervisor yet it's been about 2 weeks since first contact which I sent everything needed to fix it all then; the pics of all the issues and packing slips but nothing has been fixed. Today I guess the computers are down which idk if that's true due to my keeping track of inventory by filling my cart to max available of the juices I'm watching, and it updated while I was on the phone with him to show some more sold and I need to reduce my cart capacity. Shipping is horrible atm but it's hard everywhere, VSS has the longest shipping by far out of the 7 other places I've ordered from the past month. I tried to change orders b4 they shipped no reply even though it took 7-10 days to ship. This is on me though bc I place such large orders. Another thing if I'm placing these huge orders and they aren't getting fixed what hopes do people placing smaller ones get of fixing stuff. I've been very patient as well it's been weeks before I've made this review. They never call back when they say they will dude has told me he'd call back at least 5 times never has. There prices are great but idk if it's worth it to get shipments as I have gotten, I seriously have a page worth of issues from my 4 orders that haven't been fixed yet. And I've placed another order so they don't have to pay for shipping and so I get the correct juices b4 they are out of stock. About half of the 6mg I've ordered is beyond harsh peppery and just unvapable has to be due to improper storage like in a sunny wind tunnel. A quarter of the bottles are super old as well over 12-16 months. I think it's worth it to pay a dollar or two more elsewhere to get juice that will be newer, get shipped faster, have more reliable customer service, and ship much much faster, all while keeping your order in much better shape and giving you credit/refund for terrible leaking, damaged, expired, missing, open, or plain wrong juices. He told me last that maybe he can get me store credit if not some CRAP/JOkE coupons like really no way. If that is the case I'll be placing claims with the BBB, FTC, IC3, their state attorney general. Which I hate to do to give any more ammo for negative vape related spotlight. Update: I've been told I'll get a call back at least 5 times now with 0 calls received. Also supposedly the guy that always answers had half off the issues settled, but when I got in contact with someone today she said no and she didn't see any of the 20+ pictures I sent. I was in the process of sending them all again when she they hung up on me. So now I'm upset I was waiting for the guy to get everything settled but now I'm actually upset. I've been extremely patient it's been over two weeks I've been going back and forth. I understand this is a tuff time but hanging up on me that's it. New Update: I was told my 3 wrong bottles where in my newest order they where not, I also got screwed out of another bottle which I swapped told me it was done and didn't do it even had me on hold to "get the product right then" still wasn't in my order now it's sold out and was discontinued. Only gave me 1x 10% coupon for the 10 bottles that leaked 7 where acceptable it was just messy but 3x where leaking so heavily the bottles had 1/3 missing that's not a coupon code that's a refund but they won't give it to me. I was told again today that my 3bmissing bottles will be shipped tomorrow we will see.

I REPEAT DO NOT USE VAPE SOCIETY SUPPLIES!! Not only did I send several requests for the address change they still did not change it and stated they will not give me my money back! See the attached requests below. Look at the time stamped dates and “JAKE” aka Justin Ritter said this is my fault and laughed at me. Worst customer experience ever. 0 stars!!
Price was great . Product good but processing and shipping horrible. Orded two bottles on a Monday after four emails and phone call where all I could do is leave a message on fourth day Friday my order finally got processed and I got a tracking number . Must have been put in mailbox after post office hours cause USPS didn't have anything on it until next day. Finally 9 USPS business days later it arrived. I have ordered stuff through Amazon and Wal-Mart where they fill millions of orders a day and got my orders quicker. Will be going elsewhere next time.
I’ve been buying juice from them for a couple of years and have never been disappointed until 2021. Usually I order 2 bottles a month and never run out. But this year it has taken several weeks to get each order. I don’t know what has changed but clearly they are having internal issues. I see a lot of people saying they are a scam which is incorrect. They are legit! Must have grown too fast or lost several employees. Customer service is nonexistent anymore which is certainly a change to prior sales. My last order I started calling about 6 times a day after I didn’t receive my tracking information for over 3 weeks. No one ever responded to my voicemails or emails. And it just showed up one day after about 4-5 weeks. I have decided to give them another try today as only the last three orders out of approximately 30 were disappointing. I’m ordering 4 months worth this time in the hopes that they will get a handle on things. I’m giving them 3 stars because of my previous experiences being so good. I’ll give an update after I receive this order and hopefully they will be back to a 5 star company. I see all the frustration from other people is the only reason I am posting this just to give others hope. Good luck!!!
Their customer service are non existent, non responsive and if your fortunate enough to speak to someone don’t expect any useful assistance. I assume because their prices are competitive they don’t find the need or consideration for customers.
UPDATE: I have ordered the same products on ejuicedeals on Monday 3/1/21 and received an email on 3/3/21 that it’s been shipped along with a tracking number. Vapesociety is THE WORST WEBSITE TO BUY FROM. At least online scams keep your hopes up by sending you BS emails. Vapesociety does not care about their reputation it seems they are too big to give two s$*ts about their customer base. NEVER BUY FROM THIS GARBAGE COMPANY! I am yet another customer that ordered $88 of juice and coils on the 18th of February and have not received anything other than a notification that they accepted my money. I have sent an email last night and received their automated email and I doubt I’ll ever get a real reply nor my product nor my money. I will never buy from this terrible company again and I will ensure to prevent others from getting screwed like me and what seems to be many many others.
Reviewer below me says she submitted an order on the 22 and already received it.. I placed my order in the 15th and it’s been completed since the 18th. Still no tracking, callbacks, emails, or anything, but already got an email asking to review the product that I DONT EVEN HAVE.. I’ve ordered from them before and it’s always been terrible service, so looks like I’m going somewhere else.
Hi names Mariah so I orderd 18 bottles of vape juice,coils and a new vape the 22nd at first I was okay with waiting but processing took 4 days and has left Nevada it takes about a day and a few hours fo it to get here I'm not worried. They did give me plenty of call backs to let me know what happening with my package and has asked me to call back if it is still in one place and usps hasnt changed on where it is reamember guys were not the only ones ordering and calling them so give them that 7 days to get you your vape supplies *wink wink* and if it dont or if usps tracking number that tracks ur order location hast changed give vape society supplies a call!!
Seen a recent review here saying they are great and the poor reviews are from bots or competition. Ha! I am neither of those and think this company sucks. No communication, no customer support and very poor shipping. I've ordered from this site for over a year and it's always a gamble. I order a 2 bottle bundle of juice every 30-45 days. I place the order when I open my second bottle so that there should be plenty of time to recieve it. This is the third time I've had to buy from somewhere else because I went through 120 ml bottle before they could ship. If I could upload pictures, I would. My last order was placed on 2/11/21 and filled on 2/16/21. But it has just sat there since and it is now 2/26/21. Multiple emails have gone answered. I called a few times with no answer. Guess I'll be disputing this with my bank today. Shop elsewhere, the prices at VSS are a trap. Its the only good thing going for them.
It’s been almost a month. My package has not arrived. Customer service responds with a auto reply and never replies to your actual message. Calling customer service gets you to a guy who is obviously dealing with other things and does not make return call after telling you he will. I have no clue where my package is. Post office says it has not arrived there yet, vape supply says they already sent it. I wish the $8 charge for shipping would pay for vape supply to research for you. Will end up disputing with credit card soon. Definitely pick someone else to do business with, vape supply does not care about you.
I ordered three bottles of juices on the 19th here it is the 23rd I still have not gotten any information of whether my order was shipped or not. I will never order from this site again!
update my vape juice has been pending in las vegas since february 10th and its still sitting there. this happened to me before and it turned out that the company was a scam. so stay away from this place!!!!! they have horrible score at BBB and cases 58 cases has not been resolved cause they dont reply to the BBB either

I never came back to give my follow up review. So here it is-They were fantastic,speedy delivery and fresh juice. I would definitely recommend you try them before anyone else. I read a lot of fuc**d up reviews saying they didn’t have customer service and people never got their s**t. I can assure you that’s a competitor or a bit. Because of the 5 times I have purchased from them coming from Nevada to Ohio,it takes three days and it’s always what it’s supposed to be and also way cheaper than anyone else! Love it. You guys seriously,kee it up. Good shi*!
I have received orders from China faster than from this merchant. It was one solid week from my order until USPS even received the item to begin the shipping process. Two weeks total to the day. Never again!

Still no confirmation that anything got sent out whatsoever. Shipping costs are high too! Not a way to keep or gain customers, this is my last time ordering Also! Funny how you are not able to submit a 1 star review!
