Oct 28,2019I asked for a £700 top up and find they have settled the previous contract and rolled it all into another one. they are also charging WAY more interest than the previous contract and net result is they are trying to charge me several thousand pounds MORE for just a £700 top up. I have been back and forth, logged a formal complaint, asked for confirmation it's being dealt with in line with FCA guidelines and am still waiting on a full reply. They told me if the £700 was paid in a month then the interest would go back down again and it didn't make any difference on what I'm paying. Now they are telling me otherwise, not responding in an orderly fashion and it's becoming a nightmare. Make your own judgement from my current experience.

Oct 27,2019Was not told about the amount I would have to payback until there agent turned up, he kept us outside to do the paperwork and didn’t go through the paperwork just made me sign papers while confusing me with the pointless talk. For a £500 loan I now owe £1500 they should not be allowed to do this, they prey on the needy and make it very difficult to repay the loan, the interest is £85 a month. Still leaving £1500 dept.
