From initial request to final pay-out the service was very good. I had a call within the hour of making the application and then another call from my assigned agent within half hour of that. Everyone I spoke to made me feel at ease and Mike (my agent) was polite and punctual and took me through the details and made me aware of everything. The only thing that I would say against it that there was no notification that the money had been paid into my account! but then it was kind of a nice surprise I guess. :) I would recommend this company if your after a log book loan

Having used both Logbook loans and Varooma if you want cheaper credit, better customer service, faster payout this company beats logbook loans hands-down.
