Since last weekend, I have called Vayama customer service numerous times without any success. Each time after waiting for more than hour I only got automatic disconnection. Please do not program your automatic phone service this way, a bad way.

I have been calling and trying to get through all day. I have a flight scheduled for THIS Friday, March 9th from Chicago to Budapest through Turkish Airlines. The flight stops through Istanbul. I need to change the final destination (due to Coronavirus) from Budapest to Amman, Jordan, but I do NOT need to cancel or change the flight from Chicago to Istanbul. The overseas flight can remain the same. My return flight will also need to change to leave from Amman, but once again, the overseas return flight can also remain the same. I called Turkish Airlines and looked at the new flights online, and this is more than possible, but since I booked through Vayama I need to do it through a company that seemingly is not replying to any of their customers. I'm going to call all day every day until Friday, because I don't know what else to do. My booking number is VUS-15506226 Please get back to me as soon as possible. It seems like this website is the only way people are getting replies, so fingers crossed.
My flight is in 10 hours and I need to cancel my flight due to an accident and therefore, I am unfit to fly. I tried to call the 1-855 number, but I keep getting a recording saying that I am calling after hours. Everywhere I look on their website, it says 24 hours per day, 7 days a week! I tried the emergency number listed on the ticket and I get the same recording! I need to cancel my flight PLEASE! You might find a cheap flight on Vayama, but I urge you not to book with them. This has just been the biggest headache.
Customer Service is Ridiculous and totally "No Service".... waiting for resolution! My daughter and her friend are in USA military service and were ordered to cancel trip to Taiwan due to the Coronavirsus. They purchased tickets with EVA via Vayama (VUS-13441200) and have been calling every day for the last 2 weeks and were on hold for an hour every time and the line got dropped off. They have a job to service the country and do not have the time to be on the phone waiting to ask for cancellation of their flight and get refund for the money they saved up from the trip. Please cancel their flight (VUS-13441200) and proceed refund ASAP. It is ridiculous to have to be on the phone to reach customer services for over an hour everyday with Customer Service rep ever picking up the phone. PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING!! UPDATE: appreciate Vayama for responding promptly. I contacted the airline and they have now opened the ticket status. The ticket is now ready for refund. Much appreciate if Vayama can expedite the refund ASAP (VUS-13441200).
Awesome user friendly online flight booking website. Provides unbelievably cheapest international fare deal by all comparison . Extremely reasonable extra-service packages benefits. Very prompt booking confirmation and issuing e-ticket. Booked with Vayama for the first time and looking forward an excellent flight experience on 26th March 2020 on Qatar airways. Regret to submit that on phone and web contact to Vayama rating is Zero (0).There is no web chat system for any additional info to collect. On phone , there is no person response (only answering machine) even after long long waiting on several occasions and on different days.
Hello I need to reschedule my flight and have been calling all day and sending emails but no response. The phone gets disconnected after one hour. I purchased the service package premium to be able to make changes but I am unable to make them online. My flight is on March 11th and I need to push it to March 15th as I got a surgery and I m not fully recovered yet. The booking number is VUS-15413479. Please help.

The same thing is happening to my daughter and it is completely unacceptable. She was married just yesterday and has been on the phone the entire day today trying to cancel their flight because they received notice on her wedding day that they can no longer visit Venice due to the coronavirus. She has been on hold several times today for over an hour each time (at which point the phone disconnects). Not only is their honeymoon cancelled, but their first day has been ruined by this poor customer service. They have both worked two jobs for nearly a year to pay for this trip and it is awful that they are not being assisted. Terrible!
Ok, we booked tickets to Dubai through Saudi Arabia. As of yesterday Saudia closed the border with United Arab Emirates due to Coronavirus. So as of now i have a tickets but can’t travel even if i want to. Vayama not answering emails. I would think they should notify their customers about important changes like that. Saudia airline provide full refund and they confirmed it. First try at Vayama so far not acceptable service

atendimiento y voluntad de ayuda al cliente 0 , contratas al pagar tu pasaje premiun y nada , ni por haber pagado a mas por ese servicio, llamas a la agencia en holanda la señorita mal educada y te cuelga la llamada desde skype esperas mas de una hora y no te atienden ,mandas mensajes al correo ninguna respuesta en una semana
My travel schedule from Chicago to Chennai ( India ) is on the 03/12 by Qatar Airways ( ticket bought through vayama ).. I am trying to reach them over phone and no one picks up. Myphone auto disconnects in 1 hour. This is horrible. I also went through the reviews of other people and looks like most of them are facing this issue. I need to cancel my ticket.
I have been trying to speak to someone in customer service for questions and possible changes to my flights. The waiting time is unacceptable.. hours and hours of hold without any answer. This has turned into serious problem that has gone beyond the corona virus impact. You need to do something about it ASAP.
I regret have used Vayama. 4300$ to the garbage. 3/9.. I am unable to reach agents on the phone for 3 days and no response from them on email request. My flight is in 3 weeks and I need to change a date on my trip. I contacted airline, been instructed to call travel agency I got my tickets from. 3/10. . Phone line has no answering :office is closed. Place another email. Unable to cancel my tickets. A per Austrian airline : my flights can be canceled free of charge and Can be refunded.

Update: finally got a hold of someone. Flights back on.. They said that is happening to a lot of people so keep checking your flights are still on because there is NO notification. Last week there was a cancellation to a flight and they rebooked us on a flight that would be impossible to make. I called several times to Vayama getting disconnected after an hour of being on hold. I contacted Eva air who said I needed to talk to Vayama. I finally got a hold of a person on Vayama who I had to confirm 3 times and have them read my itinerary to fix it. It seemed like it was all going to be okay. But then this week two of the flights are not on the booking reservation for two passengers. The departing flights have disappeared!!!! And I can’t get a hold of anyone through the email (useless) and I have now been on hold for over 5 hours (after each hour it disconnects and you have to call again). Our flight is supposed to leave on the 14th. One reservation still has its complete round trip the other two passengers on a different reservation number do not and only have a flight back from Vietnam listed. So frustrating especially because I had already talked to a person about the initial change.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and very inaccurate information. I called the airlines directly who stated that I will be FULLY refunded due to the corona virus. I called Vayama and one of their agents stated that they will also fully refund me with no cancellation fees. The person stated that I would be getting a confirmation e-mail in 10 minutes. The e-mail never arrived and instead, I received an email from Vayama stating that the airlines is not providing a refund ( A LIE). I will be contacting the airlines again in order to provide Vayama with written proof that what they are reporting to me is false. The wait time is over two hours when you call and the information is never accurate! I will never book a trip with this agency again.
