I have tried to call you so many times from overseas I have now lost count, every time at a very high cost to me but your system disconnects after putting me on hold for 1 hour. Emails also go unanswered I have spoken with malaysian airlines about the change they made to my schedule and after reorganizing my tour dates they have agreed to change my return date free of charge due to the airline initiated reschedule. They cannot complete the change because its an agency booking so they have added a note in the itinerary so that you can make the change for me as follows: Departure date: no change (12 Mar 20) Return date: change from 04 Apr 2020 to 01 April 2020 in the same flight numbers. I purchased the premium service plan that allows changes without vayama.com change fees, but not able to make use of this because no one replies to email or picks up the phone
Easy to use site, only thing that bothered me was that I had to wait 12h before my e-tickets were delivered by e-mail.
VUS-12285549 Customer Service called me and they were quickly respond mail too. I think, Don't give up keeping call or send mail to Vayama. They will do for you. I bought tickets to Tokyo less than $700. it is super cheap. I will use Vayama again. K.S
Would give 0 stars. This is the most useless company I ever seen in my life. I’m beginning to think this company is a scam because i have been calling them for awhile. I talked to a customer service agent name Varun and he said said they will get a response from the ANA airline yesterday to get our refund because ANA posted on their website that they give refunds/waivers for trip to happen. However he lied, because I called back and they said no response. I think they are jerking us around and trying to take our hard earned money. If we don’t get our money back, I want some people fired. It’s very frustrating to deal with bad customer service like this. If we can’t get our money back because of your dumb inefficient policy, something need to change or someone needs to get fired.
We have tried to get in touch with Vayama for the past couple of weeks without any response to phone or email. We wait on hold for 1 hour only to get disconnected - this has happened 10 times. They say they have high call volumes but I don’t believe they are answering any calls. My husband has a pre-existing medical condition and has a doctors note saying he cannot travel to Japan with the Coronavirus outbreak. We spoke to the airline directly and they even put a note on the account for Vayama saying through airline policy we are eligible for a refund but that we need to go through Vayama. This company is a complete scam. If Vayama does not respond to us in the next day we are going to report fraud. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!
I understand they are busy at the moment but it is impossible to reach the customer service agents. I spent close to 10 hours since last week trying to reach them but to no avail. My flight leaves in 5 days and appreciate if anyone can help. My booking number is VUS-15522230.

We tried over 5 days to get in touch with the customer service. Nobody is picking up. We emailed thrice. Nobody responded. We have a return flight booked through vayama in singapore airlines. We need to cancel the flight because we are too worried due to corona virus outbreak(also my wife is in a medical condition). Please respond as we would like a refund. We understand the line would be busy. But we have been trying for two weeks(emailed before two weeks) and still no response.

Customer Service is terrible as I couldn't get any agent on phone for last 5 days and not able to get any reply over email also. Booking number is VUS-14687090. Not sure, how to get in touch as my flight is scheduled in next 2 weeks.
I have sent several emails to Vayama Customer Services to inform them that I would like to cancel my booking (VUS-15058211) due to the government's regulations of prohibition on flights transiting in Hong Kong... and Cathay Pacific Airlines does provide waiver for cancellation for flights with routes included in my booking, so I do not need pay for cancellation fees on my flight. However, until now I only received one email from Vayama stating that "they have checked the policy of the airline. Unfortunately, Cathay Pacific Airlines do not allow a full refund on your flight." BUT Cathay Pacific Airlines DO ALLOWS! After I replied that Cathay Pacific Airlines do provide full refund on my flight with the proof of their website announcement link, I heard nothing from Vayama... The experience with Vayama is so terrible and time wasting... My sincere advice... DO NOT BOOK WITH VAYAMA...
I’m trying to contact customer service and they are disconnecting calls. They supposed to send me cancellation quote due to cuvid-19 and in 48 hours and no response over 96. We should be flying to Lyon France for Tomorrowland winter. Event was cancelled by French government, hotel returned money already. Called air canada they would to but unfortunately they advised to contact vayama. We called on wed March 4th2020. No response. Sent email for cancelation quote. Didn’t receive response yet. It’s a joke. They have theirs rules, but stated they will respond in 48 hours. If they didn’t it also means that they don’t apply to their own regulations. Worst 3rd party on market!!!
Impossible to contact after booking. On hold for hours. And their cancellation policy wasn't in accord with DOT regulations. Do not recommend under any circumstances.
Horrible customer service, tried calling them to reschedule the ticket, no agent attended for an hour and later they disconnected the call. Tried for about 3 hours, sheer disappointment. Will never book through Vayama.
I am only giving two stars instead of one because we ended up on a flight for a reasonable price (we are recent college grads so we're always looking for the biggest bang for our buck). However, Vayama was such a time-consuming nuisance that the trouble was hardly worth the low price. You get what you pay for. We did not think that we would have to change our flights from NYC to Sydney, but there was an emergency. I spent hours upon hours calling and recalling before I could find someone to help me. Obviously it's always going to cost more money when you change a flight, but the way that the company is set up makes it difficult to even find a new flight (if you have ever had to call them up to do this, you know what I'm talking about). For cheap flights with low stakes, you may not have this problem, but if you are going a far distance listen to these reviews.
Worst in Customer Support I have been trying to reach Vayama through call but they are not responding at all. I have been on the call for more than 2 hrs and calls are disconnecting automatically. I have two small kids and i am trying to cancel my reservation due to coronavirus but for that i want to talk to Vayama. Please show me a way reach your customer support. Thank you

Mar 09,2020This company has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They say they are 24/yet for three days my calls throughout the day went unanswered. I experienced long hold times of access of 1 hour. They have vet to respond to any of my emails besides automated responses touting Corona Virus as the cause for the delay. This experience has been disrespectful and rude to say the least. They are thieves as well as to not give me my refund to which I am due.
