Jul 22,2024I bought this gaming PC on behalf of my son. After completing checkout, I discovered I had received an email from Venp-Scorp offering me £25 off if I completed the purchase. Obviously this was too late as I had already bought it so I contacted the company, advised what had happened and if there was any way they could refund £25 back to my card as my son had saved his birthday and Christmas money in order to buy the PC and this would go a long way in helping my son buy some games. I received a prompt reply from Amreen advising they would refund the £25 as a gesture of goodwill. The PC arrived within a couple of days and was very easy to set up. My son is very happy with his purchase and is never off it! No problems so far and communication/experience with Veno-Scorp has been great.
