I know it is refurbished but there were some quite bad scratches on the tower and monitor stand, but with a little elbow grease I have improved the look of them. It wouldn't have taken much effort to have done that at source The keyboard and mouse are very poor quality and have already bought replacement ones. Overall, the experience was positive and received a lot of good advise from Sam on their chat-line before purchasing.

He was very unsure what to get but they could not be more helpful answering his questions very quickly to help him decide what he needed and clarify what the package included. Once ordered came very quick, really easy to set up. One key on keyboard was broke so emailed and they were quick to respond. Exemplary customer service from start to finish.

May 24,2023Honestly highly recommend. Bought a pc for my daughter for her birthday, turned up very quickly was a refurbished one but only a few scuffs on the back of the monitor. Everything runs really well and a bargain for the price. Tempted to buy another and sell my laptop!

Screen arrived Damaged, was replaced, poor memory was sorted 22/05/23 turned on and PC totally dead and can not reboot - Answer "we will send another tower" Clearly products are not of any quality so AVOID AT ALL COST Refused refund as past 30 days yet have 1 year guarantee.... THEY ALSO ASK YOU TO CHANGE NEGATIVE REVIEWS TO A GOOD ONE WHEN THEY FINALLY SORT YOUR ISSUE SO DONT RELY ON TRUST PILOT REVIEWS
