Oct 16,2023This was a fantastic experience. The gaming pc arrived to a neighbour and I collected it after work. Once opened we saw that the glass was broken and had shattered into a million bits. I emailed veno scorp and within 5 minutes had a reply. 2 days later we had a replacement piece of glass. Now that is absolutely outstanding service. My son loves his gaming pc. Thankyou

After years of building computers I decided to have one built for a change and the price was great for what I ordered. Who ever does the cable handling needs to do better the rear panel was tight with bunched cables. overall very happy.

Oct 06,2023Terrible customer service ordered to republic of ireland, with a 2 day delivery paid shipping fee £25 as advertised, then my parcel was due to be delivered was asked to pay €72 customs clearance which wasn't advertised, that was OK, never paid customs fee had parcel sent back to sender and added a UK address for resend, parcel was received by someone called mohamed in a complete different address, hours on the phone to speak to a human. Emails are not worth sending min 48 hours reply , and if you reply again your original query goes to back of the que, was asked to write a review on a product I never received 'still haven't, with the promise of a free nightlight worth £15, stay away I've been scammed
