Excellent service from the time of purchase and much care taken with the packaging and delivery. Had a small issue which we reported on Christmas day and we were booked for a video call with an advisor with a 15 minute window (so no time taken out of our day) within 24 hours. So far so good got my son a gaming tower which is running smooth and looks really good his so happy with it... it was for Christmas so only set it up today had a lil panic when setting up to do with password wich on Christmas day I didn't think I'd get an answer but messaged with my problem and in less than 10mins got a response and the panic was over customer service is outstanding
Outstanding. Purchased a gaming PC from Veno Scorp as a gift for xmas a little while ago. Come to set it up today and i struggled a little bit with the wifi dongle. I sent an email and within a few minutes I had a response, a couple of hours later I got a phone call from the technical side who talked me through a few simple steps, and hey presto! It's working perfectly. For this very quick customer service on christmas day, i must say, i am impressed. Thankyou so much veno scorp for your fantastic customer service and quick reliable delivery service. I have one happy boy now all thanks to you. Highly recommend this company. They go above and beyond :)
Bought a gaming PC for my daughter for Xmas. Great advice provided, PC is awesome and easy to set up. Tech support is the best ever! Had an issue with the wifi dongle on Christmas morning and they called me straight away and fixed it - Christmas saved and a very happy child!
Brought for my 12yr old who is over the moon! Very quick delivery, well packaged and so easy to set up! Runs perfectly with no lagging. Definitely recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Edit.. they have been in touch and gave me a few options of what i wanted i requested a new graphics card they were actually really helpful. Time will tell. Computer is up and running now with new graphics card they couldn't have been more helpful thank you all. The graphics card arrived promptly with a little gift which my son loved more than I thought he would. I would shop here again. I do not understand why but it's christmas eve now. My child was suppose to wake up to a working computer. But wont. Before that they sent me a tower that didn't work. Sent me a new tower it worked but when I plugged the monitor and tower in together. They didn't pick eachother up. I would honestly avoid this company nothing but bother from them my one and only but last order.
A while ago I actually gave these guys a 5 star glowing review, but customer care is just beyond terrible. The first issue was the liquid cooler (apparently brand new) giving a high pitch squealing obviously a squeal isn't supposed to be there, so they replaced it with another liquid cooler (brand new) that also gave off a high pitch squeal and then they gave me a third liquid cooler which finally by some miracle decided to work as it should. Now although I was annoyed by the liquid cooler situation I'll give it to them the third liquid cooler was a new design compared to the last two so they at least showed obvious signs in wanting to improve their product a year and a half in maybe 2 years in the GPU died which honestly might not even be their fault general failures simply happen sometimes, but how I got treated in relation to this was insane to say the least I got a "You must have done something wrong it wouldn't do this by itself", "Are you sure there is an issue" keep in mind the GPU was ramping so much when it was idle and then pretty much ending itself whenever a game is loaded but yea according to them I was making it up. Now eventually I managed to get them to fix this because end of the day a 3 year warranty is legally binding whether they like it or not. Once my PC stopped working after coming back from them repairing it, once again they blamed me turns out they forgot to put certain parts in place properly and I had to get a friend to fix their mistakes. Now I'll be honest I've had this PC exactly 3 years now after the insane amount of issues I had because of them the pc actually now runs perfectly smooth, no problems with it, does the job for the most part. But the amount of issues I've had with veno as a company is what makes this entire experience not worth it, at this point I must have had a great collection of migraines solely from them and unfortunately to put it simply I was new to the PC scene and had no idea what I was doing, I can say for 100% sure I didn’t do anything as I’m not a person to mess around with items I have no knowledge with. Ignoring the multiple problems my PC had from start to finish with veno the biggest let down was their customer support that made it seem like it was your fault, made it a challenge to use the warranty over a fault they 100% caused or is at least in their rights to fix. Update 1 - I don't want to be the guy that talks about just negatives although this experience has put me off veno, I'll admit I probably gave them a hard time when my GPU died since I was in the middle of my dissertation at the time and stressed. A person that works there "Aleem" seems to be the main point of action and honestly the only person that at least seemed to want to help. Of course as you can see yourself there is also positive reviews on this page so maybe I was just simply unlucky with the problems I had, but I stand by my main point that they really need to work on their customer service as I do think it was unfair to shift blame onto me. My PC now runs smoothly and hasn't had a problem in a pretty long time this is with all the parts they originally put in. (As to why I'm only just adding my updated review now, that's because my warranty just ended recently and with any company I deal with I always update my review only when the warranty ends)
Appaling. New gaming PC failed less than three months from new. They wanted a minimum of £25 to return it for repair (cheapest option, some options were upto £125) and additionally another £12 for a box if you don't have one. I managed to resolve myself by reseating the RAM, just shows poor build quality. Avoid this company, their customer service and willingness to resolve isssue's after sales was appalling.
Worst company I ever had to deal with! Customer care is appalling. Orders pc and dongle next day delivery… don’t receive it untill about 5/6 days later no dongle.. asked to speak to a manager 3 times and they just kept glossing over this and saying they sent the dongle out didn’t receive dongle to a further week later. Manager finally gets in touch apologising and we would be refunded for dongle that was 5 days ago still waiting response…. Rubbish considering the amount of money spent I would not recommend to any family or friends and I will not be quiet when I spread the word!
i purchased 2 x curved monitors, both failed within 6 months - i Have tried to get a replacement under warranty. but i am still waiting over a year later . poor products and poor customer service
Shittiest pc company ever sells old parts and im trying to replace my cpu right as we speak and the stupid person who put it together bent one of the screws so i cant even replace my cpu shittiest company ever. Now my pc has the blue screen full on scam dont ever buy. Im editing my this review as my pc is stuck in a windows loop and everytime i click ok to reinstall windows it just restarts and says the same thing. U sell 12 year old pc parts and use a gaming cases to make them look good the cpu you sold me is £8 i5-3200 which the whole pc was £360 and you dont call yourself a scam????
My initial order had a few teething problems and was very quickly replaced, upon receiving my second order this also had the same issue (likely to be dropped in transit by courier) however Aleem and Harry were quick to the rescue, built a whole new system from scratch, tried and tested and invited me to HQ to collect face to face, showed it working and set up and re-packaged, would definitely use again just for the pricing and after sales, and the only reason for not giving 5 stars was for the minor inconvienience of having to go back and fourth, but well worth it in the end 👏

Bought a gaming pc for my sons birthday had nothing but problems pc turned up open it had no power cable no Wi-Fi dongle rang customer service they sent one out,on the day of my sons birthday went to connect his pc together nothing worked so rang customer services again they told me to send it back to them to be repaired which cost me another £25 received the pc back 2 weeks later the pc powers on but only if you wiggle the power cable absolute joke will not buy from this company again

I asked for help before selecting my sons PC and they were quick and answer3d all of my queries, after purchasing the delivery was super quick and when I needed help setting up the PC they were quick to respond. The PC is running perfecting and looks outstanding! My son is so happy with it! Downloaded lots of games yesterday and it still has plenty of space and the quality is perfect! 100% recommend VenoScorp 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌠
