Well done site. Easy to find , view & order products. Great prices. UAE is served from Venum Asia (Hong Kong) so standard delivery will take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Products are a good quality and well designed.
Great service, quick delivery, easy transaction
The online website is easy to use and clean. Searching is a breeze. The purchase was simple and delivery was on time. It took just slightly more than a week for overseas delivery and provided status of the order. Product quality is as described. Just be careful with the sizing. Size up when they put in their description which I misread their english. End up the shorts too small for me and makes no sense to return.
Wish the shape would fit more
Great selection - possibly the best for women particularly. Delivery is usually very fast and sizes are as expected.
The Tshirt and short are very nice and fit perfectly my son. Only the delivery was a bit slow.

Well, it would be better if the size chart calculator was revised, As I ordered a short according to the size chart suggestion and it ended up being small for me. The material type is good, only that I can use that its small for me
Customer center is too bad
I live in New Zealand and have never ordered anything from an overseas website before as I prefer to 'be safe than sorry' and order local. However, when I was searching for Venum on sale on a local site, the Venum Asia banner popped up. I must admit, I actually thought it was a scam as the prices looked too good to be true; I googled if Venum Asia was a legit site and ended up here reading reviews. As there was several bad reviews, I was still sceptical, but decided to go ahead with an order, fingers crossed. I was sent email order confirmation immediately, a tracking number and shipping details the following day and the parcel has just arrived, just 2 weeks later; so I am very pleased! No troubles here.

Living in New Zealand, I Was unsure at first if I’d receive my parcel as this was my 1st time making a purchase. However when I made contact for my tracking number, they replied within the same day. I was very pleased with the prompt communication service. I received my parcel today and my boy is very happy with the Venum bag now that he can fit all his kickboxing gear into 1 bag. Thanks Venum

Sep 29,2024I initially purchased a Ringhorns Charger Square Kick Pad, along with other items from Venum, to use at my dojo. The next day, I ordered five more after they offered an additional 20% discount. Unfortunately, the first kick pad that arrived had a poorly fitted semi-leather cover, making the quality look subpar. To add to my disappointment, the item came unwrapped and untagged, suggesting it may have been a previous return due to its inferior finish. I contacted Venum, and a representative from their Asia team responded, stating that since Venum products are handcrafted, this issue was considered a minor imperfection. They also informed me that, because the item was discounted, it wasn't eligible for exchange. I've owned several handcrafted items over the years, and I wouldn’t classify this imperfection as minor. A few days later, the other five kick pads arrived, properly wrapped in plastic and tagged. The covers on these were perfectly fitted. Unfortunately, Venum Asia’s customer support has since stopped responding to my emails. I’ll have to unstitch and refit the first pad myself, as I don’t want it to go to waste. What frustrates me most is that a well-regarded brand would send me a substandard product, likely a previous return, and then ignore my attempts to resolve the issue.
