Mar 20,2025I am so disappointed in your company. How many times is the same thing going to happen to me? If you look at my purchase records, the above thing has happened to me three times. I can't believe that a large clothing brand company would make such a low-level mistake. After payment, there was no delivery notification for about a week. I emailed customer service and received a notification that the paid goods were missing and that a refund was available.

Mar 27,2025Bought boxing shoes, it is good but size it doesn't fit me. They are smaller than my usual size. Returning it back will cost me double of the item price. It is ridiculous. And there is no way they will help you with it unlike other online shop. So I have to keep the shoes and I do not know what to do about it.
