Apr 11,2024When the items are good, they're pretty good! Tops are not bad at all but bottoms are really odd sizing. There was a hiccup on my first order and I got sent a top that was 5 sizes bigger than the one I ordered with different sizes as per tag vs the label. You may find the sizes of the items are somewhat inconsistent, which makes buying anything a slight gamble. I have tried to send back some items with tracking and they claim they have not received it yet even though I can see it's signed for. The logistics company they use for the returns also claim they do not work with Venum anymore so that wasn't helpful. Luckily, they did look into it after I pleaded with them and it was sorted.

Apr 10,2024The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because i was charged for import fees, this was no mentioned during the purchase. Also the price was more on import recipient that what i have paid, so i end up paying more import fees

I can't pay the return shipping value and I will not wear the shoes because it is not the right size for me. It is possible that I can't go to exercise without special shoes.
