May 29,2024The stuff Victoria didn’t refund for me, that short not i want to refund is soldout, and Im waiting for about half mouth to refund, but I don’t get any information of refund, and today i ask her about refund, She just helped me get a refund,if i dont push her, Am I never going to get a refund in this life? And than she didn’t refund for me, She actually charged my credit card again, whats going on, when this order need to refund, i was feel angry but now im mad how come you can did this? Charged my card again?

May 24,2024This is the second time i have ordered. It takes about 2/3 months to deliver. i cancelled the first for the similar reasons & will never order again. Buying anything from Venum - is quite possibly the worst customer service and delivery i have ever experienced. They literally tell you nothing once they have received your order. When you email them after a month of silence them their standard response one line email response is your payment hasn't gone through. Then say they need to check with a colleague. You then have to follow up with them to get any information at all - as they don't respond to queries. Then finally after 2 months- still with out getting a reply from customer service - you get an email from the delivery partner saying it is on the way. The cherry on top is that they manage to get your personal data wrong! haha.
