Feb 01,2024I will not order from you again. Some of the items were out of stock and it took you a long time to answer me and get my order out for shipping. It would have been appropriate for you to compensate me somehow for the unreasonable delay and prolonged lack of response on your part, but it didn't happen. In addition, the price of the shipment, which is not cheap at all, did not include customs duty and I had to pay another high amount for customs when I finally received the order. In short, I will not order and do not recommend.

Jan 26,2024On January 11th I reviewed with 5 stars - Communication is amazing, delivery is quick. I just wish after sending photos with measurements of my foot that we were able to get the size right so I didn't have to incur another $50 to send it back for an exchange. Other than that, it was a great experience. Now it's Feb 10 and I still haven't received notification that it has been posted let alone it being in the way. They're always responding to my emails, however they haven't got a tracking number to give me yet and my concern is why it hasn't been posted for so long. I've been told it's shipping delays. There's no such thing; I'm sorry but the delay would be during transit by post, not by you posting the item. If I get no tracking details by Monday, I'm asking for a refund.

Jan 12,2024The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is that I have tried at least 3 times to contact them via email and no one has responded to me which is incredibly frustrating. However I received my parcel within about 10 days and its good quality. Venum Asia's customer service is non existent but venum for Europe is great.
