Jan 03,2024There is no follow up after I received the first email confirming the order has been received. I sent a follow up email to your support team to check when the order will be delivered and it was not very helpful - response came from European team when I placed the order in Asia.

Dec 30,2023I bought couple of things on their website, and straight after the purchase I sent them an email asking to change the size, I wanted to get Small sizes instead of Medium. They didn't reply and send me Mediums anyway. So I did the return, spent another 40dollars to send everything back. After 3 weeks of they getting my return. They are still trying to figure out in which part of their warehouse is. Total of 1 Month and a half since I did my order, and still without the items or the money.. Make a favor to yourself and order somewhere else, as this website and their service are really bad.

Dec 29,2023VENUM ASIAに連絡し、商品を交換することになりました。私は返送品を発送し、返品ポリシーに基づいて、配送会社と問い合わせ番号をメールで送りましたが、突然VENUM ASIAから返信が来なくなりました。 その上荷物を追跡してみると「配送品は配達した際に届け先が不在の理由で郵便局の最寄りの支店に保管中」とのことでした。 なので私はVENUM ASIAに荷物を受取って下さいとメールしましたが無視されました。 そして4日間荷物が受け取られないままでした。 そしてやっとメールの返事が返ってきたと思ったら会話がかみ合わず、交換品は送られず、謝罪もありませんでした。腹が立ちます。 具体的にどのように会話がかみ合わなかったのかというと、こちらが返信ポリシーに基づいて、配送会社・問い合わせ番号(トラッキングID)を送りました。 そして配達員が返送品を届けに行った際にVENUM ASIAが不在などの理由で返送品を受取らず、返送品は最寄りの配達局に保管中である事を伝え、返送品を受取って欲しいと何度もメールしました。 暫く無視されやっと返信がきたVENUM ASIAのメールには「弊社へ送るのは江原 久志様が決定して頂きます。郵便かFedexか発送してもいいです。弊社に届きましたら弊社から交換品を郵便で発送致します。」と記載されていました。全く意味が分かりません。こちらが送ったメールの返答になっていません。 そして問い合わせ番号によると2023/12/27 11:56に返送品が届いているのにも関わらず、12/27 13:12にVENUM ASIA「申し訳ございませんが、返品はまだ届いていませんのでVNMUFC-00146-126-MとVNMUFC-00147-126-Mを返品して頂きましたか？それを返金すれば宜しいでしょうか。」って送ってきました。 VENUM ASIAはドラッグをやりながら仕事をしているのですか？ 交換品は送られず、謝罪もありません。 私はRMAフォームに記載したとおりに、VNMUFC-00146-126-Mの1つ上のサイズであるLサイズが交換品として送って欲しいだけです。 何故このような不快な思いをしなければならないのでしょうか。
