Apr 03,2021Paid almost $200 bucks for an appointment which they solicited. Was supposed to receive the recommendation form within48-72 hours. Thats a joke! I then waited just about a month for the recommendation form which was received incomplete and unusable. I contacted Bernadette and Portia several times and the doctor himself and they barely responded and never bothered to send the form despite my several requests. Dont waste your time with this unethical, uncaring, organization that lacks any professionalism whatsoever. Disgusting, expensive waste of time and money.

Mar 31,2021Had my appointment and the doctor (who was a hour late to our appointment) approved my card. However i have yet to receive any information after that i was submitted to my states medical program. After multiple emails and calls i was finally received an email saying that i needed to update my medical history at the end of the 3rd day. After doing so i reached back out to support to see if the doctor would be submitting me to the program and have not heard anything since. After reading the reviews here it appears this is a very common problem with Veriheal and i feel like if you have a better option available to you go with that as the process to get approved through them is both a hassle and makes you feel as though you are not a priority to the doctors.

Mar 26,2021Thought this was suppose to be an easy process. At first I had a great experience I had my appointment the dr was nice and polite. I got approved, was directed on what I needed to do next. I did it. That was over a week ago and she still has not sent my approval to the DOH so I can pay my state fee and get my card. I’ve spoken with customer service multiple times and I keep getting the same response “we’ll follow up with the dr. And get back to you” but no one ever gets back to me. Very frustrating.
