I went ahead and bought the cards for myself and my husband back in June, we received an email about a month ago from the doctor we both met with for our cards. The email stated unfortunately the state of Rhode Island will no longer the virtual appointment and referral. The Dr said he copied in the customer care team to reach out in order to refund me my $389. Well i waited a little over month for them to reach out due to the whole covid thing i was trying to be understanding. i reached out to customer care three days ago and all she said was okay well here is my phone number text me your card info you used to order, after i gave her the requested info she never got back to me, so i reached out today for an update and still nothing aside from them asking me for my card number. i spoke to three different people today and instead of answering my questions they said okay give me your card number and ill get it over to management for you, its been over a month that i have been waiting for my refund stay away from this place before your out $400 and dot even get your card, once i posted this comment they then responded and said they have no history of my order even tho i have the receipt of proof of purchase plus all the emails from the Dr they sent me to, and the customer service conversations a bunch of hacks stay away from this company!!

Fast and easy
I tried to cancel my appointment 12 times without success, I tried to contact their customer service without success after being told by their agents that's what I should do. I am still waiting for them to contact me after six days.
This was an easy process. Very informative. Answered all of my questions. The written instructions were easy to follow.
