The whole process of getting a medical marijuana card in Pennsylvania was very easy using the Veriheal website. It took about 10 days to schedule an appointment with a doctor on-line & then I received my card in the mail about 10 days later.

The initial stuff to do was easy. I’ve been waiting to get my card in the mail.... I did not realize that there was More I needed to do Before getting it. 🤦🏻

Awesome and simple process, even though my computer decided to have some technical issues the doctor was very patient and ended up having a phone call instead. Couldn't be happier.

Only good things to say about Veriheal and the service that they have. This industry is so new and are still a ton of kinks to work out between companies but Veriheal seems to be doing really well from the experience I had chatting with support reps and ultimately a doctor. Good company for a good cause thank you!

Dr.coubarous is entirely unprofessional and made me request a refund she had all of the paperwork needed and she just wouldn’t activate the card even though she approved it without receiving any medical records first. I was ran around and told to call back by the end of the day about 4 times 4 different days and the doctor still hasn’t activated the card. I’ve moved on to another company who needs the medical records before they even take your money let alone just approve you and things are moving much smoother. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anybody. 0/10

I will be renewing with Veriheal as well next year! They have people available on chat that will answer all your questions and help you through the process.

The process went very smooth for me. It was not relayed clearly that you need authorization prior to having an appointment with a veriheal doctor. I found out prior and was able to accomplish what I needed to in time for the scheduled appointment. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Thank you! Great customer service!

Veriheal is setup to easily navigate through the process of applying for and being approved for a medical mariquana card. Im not very computer literate but even I was able to do it.
