This is my second experience of this company's customer care. Once again they didn't disappoint! My ordered package arrived with an item missing. I called the company and explained the problem and offered to send them photos of the damaged packaging. They accepted my explanation without photographic evidence and rushed a replacement part to me, free of charge. 10/10 customer service. Thank you Vetsend!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! After calling 20 mins after placing the order I was told I could not cancel it as it had been despatched. The item was not due to be delivered for 2 weeks so why would it be despatched. I asked to talk to a manager and was told he was on lunch. I asked for a call back or i could call back in a few hours to get a reply of he isn’t coming back and I couldn’t talk to him. I was then told I would be blocked from calling again which I tried and got cut off at least 5 times after the automated man. This was not due to a technical problem this was your customer service employees are very rude and disrespectful and as for your what’s App reply I’ve received no reply at all. It’s funny how all these companies try to cover up how they treat their customers to look good on the internet. Will be the last time I spend money with these.

Overall a really really bad company to deal with. They sent the wrong product, then blamed me for ordering the wrong product rather than them sending the wrong product (which was not correct, they need to learn more about the products they sell clearly). Didn’t address the issue that their packaging was so poor that I could literally see the items that arrived without opening the box. Really snotty, rude customer service when you’re worrying about how you’re going to get medicated food in time for your pet, because their company is too inept to ship the correct product. Zero apology… Wouldn’t purchase from them again and would recommend others look elsewhere too. Update: Finally a resolution…

Good customer service. Useless Evri lost original parcel, but when I contacted vetsend support they sent me another right away which turned up quickly. Items all as described, good price, well packed etc. Would use again.

First time of using this website and very impressed with the service. Ordered 2 comfy cones for our dog ahead of surgery (we were unsure which size would be best) and they were delivered within 2 days. We returned the unopened item the following day but unfortunately it's been delayed by the postal strikes. I contacted Vetsend via WhatsApp to let them know I had posted it, and they very kindly processed my refund on proof of sending. The product itself is really good too, much better than the plastic cones. Will definitely use this company again.

The process for ordering on the website & the offers they have on Orijen dog food makes them the cheapest. Unfortunately delivery is poor, it never comes on the day quoted when ordering. I’ve run out of dog food twice now & had to buy a small bag locally while waiting. Any savings made on the website have then been lost. This looks like a common complaint based on others feedback. Perhaps a new courier is needed if there are recurring issues with Hermes/Evri

Used to use Vetsend monthly but in the past couple of years I have found them to be completely unreliable. Ordered on 16th September and I’m still waiting for the order to be completed. I wish these companies would not take your money if the items are out of stock. Sent one bag of chicken feed when I ordered two. They rectified this but I am still waiting on another bag of feed and it’s now 13th November.

I had been let down by another company (based in the UK) 5 days after I had ordered the only renal dog food that my elderly spaniel with chronic renal disease will eat. I was hesitant to order from Vetsend after reading that they were based in The Netherlands and I needed the food urgently, but I ordered at 4.48pm on Monday and received the food at 12 Noon on Thursday (earlier than expected). It was such a relief to get the renal food that Ruby will eat (Royal Canin Renal Pouches). I can, therefore, highly recommend Vetsend.co.uk

Order process went well. But, now been waiting over 16 days to deliver the products. I went direct to the site as I prefer to give my business direct and not via a well known company, and have been let down.

Ordered royal canin dog food dog has now been without dog food for two days due to it not arriving and was told they would contact courier never heard back and cannot get this in the shop where I live feeding the dog anything will make him ill I will never use them agai

Ordered 2 bags of dog food that never arrived. Emailed to ask where dog food was and what they were going to do about it. No reply to emails. Had to contact bank to get payment refunded. Beware, trade under another name as well. Appears to be a scam.

I ordered 2 bags of food and wet food, nearly £200 for a food trial Vet urgently wants to do. Delivery delayed and delayed. 1 bag finally showed up today with a hole. Rejected delivery. Still not got the food and customer service is awful.

I ordered some food from your website on 24th august I still haven’t received this. I phoned your customer services last Wednesday and asked where it was the woman was totally unprofessional and said she didn’t know why it hasn’t been sent yet I said can it please be ensured to leave today and she said erm it probably will be I said no it needs to I am out of food she said erm ok. No sorry no nothing and now I still haven’t received it!! My dog has NO FOOD! I will never use you again. Awful customer service awful delivery. Your website said it will be shipped next day. It wasn’t shipped for over a week and still not here!!!! Dreadful. It’s been nearly 2 weeks and my food which was £85 still isn’t here. Had no problem taking my money though.

I am so happy that I finally found dog food from Holland available in UK. Shipping take few days but it was one day earlier before planned delivery so I am very happy! I recommend ❤️

You have to place multiple orders as you can't spend over £140, at a time. Promo codes for discounts that they send, don't work, you have to pay the full price, then contact customer services for a refund, they hapilly deal with it, but only deal with one order refund, so you have to go through the same process to get the 2nd refund. You get split deliveries because the Couriers are useless, they manage to send the parcels to the wrong depots then loose them. The parcels come with no paperwork, so you don't know what should be in which box. So you don't know what's missing, lost, stolen or to follow. The labels on the boxes do not say how many boxes are due for delivery. The boxes come opened and damaged, sometimes re sealed. The communication from customer services is slow DAYS, then you only get half an answer, so you reply and it takes days again. The tracking shows not delivered, the Couriers have no idea which depot or where the parcel is. You are told to wait further, when you do this and you contact them again as instructed, you wait for a slow reply, that says we will contact the courier. When you don't hear anything and you make contact again you get told you must wait, the couriers are busy. When you complain about service times, you get told we try to reply in 24 hours, but we are busy, or short staffed. The prices are reasonable, as they are a big company they have buying power, so they buy up all the stock, so other company's can't buy it to sell it. When you are feeding a veterinary prescription diet you are stuck. I have made multiple purchases, if there are no complications it's OK, but when something goes wrong, you find out how bad a company is and how poor the customer services are. NEVER AGAIN.

This is my second time ordering from Vetsend and both time my orders have been delayed due to apparent stock issues. Why are items listed as in stock when they aren't? This time I got another email saying my order will be further delayed and if I'd like to split the order, but their emails are full of links that take you to pages that do not exist. I've contacted customer support and still no reply. If you need your order within a week avoid this company. Update: over 3 days later and STILL have not received a reply from customer service. I've tried cancelling my order and have been ignored. Update (5 days after original review, 2 weeks after placing order): So customer service finally responded to my message requesting to cancel yesterday, saying my order had been shipped - funny that! Especially considering the tracking shows the courier still doesn't have the parcel (2 days after I received a shipping email), so it wasn't shipped, they just didn't want to accept the return. I will be refusing the parcel and avoiding this place in the future.
