Hi I was unable to get my dogs Royal Canin urinary dog food in GB so decided,despite some of the reviews to give Vetsend a try.I ordered the food on Wednesday 08/09 and its been delivered today Tuesday 14/09.I am really pleased with the service and will use again.I have had to wait longer for delivery previously from suppliers in GB.Thank You Vetsend,

Bad communication replied to me a couple of times, when I emailed to ask where my parcel is no reply at all. Still not received my dogs food.

Payment was taken when order was placed but food ordered was obviously out of stock as there were 3 delays to dispatch date so goods were not received until almost 2 weeks later. One bag of dry dog food had split and been repaired with adhesive tape.

i’ve been literally robbed. I ordered toys and puppy equipment coming to a total of £41.30, i then later received an email saying that i’ve not payed for anything when the money has in fact been taken out of my account. I’ve contacted customers service and haven’t heard a peep. I need a full refund ASAP or the police will be getting involved and you can explain to them as to why you’ve taken my money. this is my order number #6718696 contact me please.

I ordered my dog food last Wednesday and it still hasn't arrived a week later. E-mailed the company but had no response. I certainly wouldn't order from this company again. 6 days later and I received 2x 12 pouches instead of 10x 12 pouches. Absolutely ridiculous waiting times. Have now opened a case thru PayPal as this company still hasn't replied to any of my emails

Sorry wont use you again you sent me an email saying that my order had been dispatched on the Friday come thye following monday the tracking was still saying they are waiting to recieve the package I phone you and get a message saying you cant answer the phone, i send an email and i get no reply from the email then sudenly you actually dispatch it on the Monday Shocking customer service

Hi I placed an order on 27th July and it still has not been delivered and there has been no indication when it will be (order number 6538032). I have emailed three times now and had no response at all. I have also tried to call a number of times but get a recorded message to send you an email. As a result I have had to order elsewhere which I have already received. Please can someone from vetsend respond to my email, cancel my order and provide a refund as I have not received anything and my order is no longer required.

In view of the recent cat food recall in the UK, I was desperate to get my hands on any APPLAWS dry food for my cat, because it has the highest meat content in the market - 80% and is grain-free. Having received the recall email from Amazon, I know that only batches made in the UK and with expiry date up to 2022 are affected by the recall. The origin is clearly marked on the series batch number which starts with the country code letters. Only batches starting with GB are affected. I took a chance hoping that the food coming from outside of the UK will be clean. Plus there was a 25% discount on all Applaws dry foods. The parcel has just arrived and it contains two 2kg bags of food, both manufactured in France (series batch starts with FR) and with the expiry date in 2023. I'm so happy that our Maya can continue enjoying her favourite salmon and duck nibbles uninterrupted. Thank you Vetsend, you got yourself a new customer! P. S. Order placed on 6 Aug, was delivered on 11th which is reasonable for a non-urgent product.

Ordered a cooler collar for my dog for our holidays away and paid the high delivery cost which should have been with me within 3 days. When it did not I emailed and phoned several times but had no response. I then tried to cancel as the delivery hadn't been met. When I got back off holiday it turned up. Pointless now.

Expensive for some items and not the friendliest customer services ever. UPDATE: To Vetsend. I agree with your comments and stand corrected in relation to the mix-up. However, I am a tad confused as to why you didn't spot this at the start! No harm done though and thank you for your patience in this matter.

Was initially worried when I saw that they were not in the UK and after reading some of the reviews, however they not only had the product that I could not find in the UK or my vets but the price was very competitive. Their communication was fast and helpful as was the delivery. Thanks guys it looks like you have required a new customer.

I ordered cat food over a week ago Order number: 6568665 it has not been delivered. I have called different days and times, but the message states not taking calls (why have a phone number?) I have emailed but no response. Please can someone from the company respond.

Just made a £113 order after seeing "free delivery" on orders over £59. I was charged £4 for living in "a remote area" - called to discover all Scotland and N. Ireland considered remote. I'll make sure never to order from this company again!

I have ordered sacks of dogfood from Vetsend for several years. Delivery has always been free over £50.00 so I was surprised yesterday to have a £4.00 delivery added to my order. It said my delivery address was "remote." Ridiculous! I live in Fife which is very far from being remote. I am near Edinburgh, Perth and Dundee and just outside St Andrews. I cancelled my order and found the dog food cheaper elsewhere and with free delivery!

The cans of can food arrived damaged to the point that the meat was coming out on top of 2 cans and the box inside was wet and stained from leakage. I didn't want to rip the protective foil so took the pictures of what was most visible and requested exchange. Vetsend explained that they do not exchange and they would refund the 2 cans what they did. They claimed the remaining cans were ok to use and encouraged me to feed my cat with the content! On further inspection the remaining cans had multiple dents including on the seams with visible holes. The paper wrap had stains so it was clear the juices were leaking. The meet would go off very soon if it was not gone off yet, bacteria would get inside and it could lead to botulism. I have taken further pictures and even send them a clip so that they realise the extent of damage on a single can (multiple dents and holes on top and bottom seams). They refused refund the remaining cans. They tasked me with taking the nearly 5kg weighting cans to the post office what I refused. I live in London and have no car nor time to do that, nor do I think I should, it is their responsibility to deliver the product in usable condition. These cans were not damaged in transit as there was no damage to the box other than the leak inside. This company has no quality control, or worse, judging by the scale of this practice (see other reviews below) they knowingly sent out damaged product and then will callously get rid of you on their terms. Reply to Vetsend: The order number is No. 6298030. Feel free to come and get the cans yourself, storage for over a week is free of charge for you but I do not intend to do any more work for you as I'm not on your payroll.

Bad system and customer service! Team lead & customer service rep were abrupt and completely unhelpful in my issue. I had made an order on saturday and paid for it and due to their outdated system the payment was not processed at the same time - despite me receiving and order confirmation. I then had to go back and remake the payment today however was not told my order still would not be shipped in line with the shipping times given when I had first placed the order. The system they use is old and will cause many issues and delayed delivery for the pets food, and both customer service reps i have spoken to were dismissive, short and unhelpful - not what you'd expect from any customer service team. They simply told me 'no'. Without any offer to rectify the situation at all or offer any gesture of willingness.... simply 'no, can't do anything' I'd actively avoid dealing with this company again.

These guys are awful. Customer service is a joke and not at all helpful. If I could give 0 I would but unfortunately this is as low as it goes. *****Update***** Thanks Vetsend but when I contacted you with the order number you couldn’t help anyway so your response is a bit of ass covering. Still crap customer service.

Ordered trovet about a week ago. Tried to email the company as it hasn't reached hermes yet. There online service wouldn't except my or my husbands email address. Luckily 2 days ago I ordered from another company as we'd just about run out of food. .very disappointed with this company. I was going to call customer services this morning but after reading other reviews I'm not sure if it's worth it?

I ordered Royal Canin prescription food online for my elderly cats. I thought I was buying from a UK company but was alarmed to find out the company is in the Netherlands, (considering the carbon footprint issue), and also the travelling time. I was also wary of buying food for my cats when I didn’t know where it was manufactured - I feared it would be China as lots of animal feed comes from there. Relieved to find that it’s manufactured in the EU. However, the goods turned up today - only 6 days after I’d placed the order. So, pleased with the speedy delivery!

I needed some additional furplast tubes as mine had broken and I couldn't seem to find them anywhere but here. I was unsure as there were mixed reviews but decided to give it a shot and put an order through anyway. The item arrived 3 days later in perfect condition! I would definitely use this site again!
