Jun 13,2023We have been with Vetsure ever since getting our first dog. The cover is good, even with a lifetime excess and choice of excess amounts. We appreciate the convenience of our vets being able to handle the admin of claims. It is though quite expensive. We have two dogs, both insured with Vetsure and feel that the multiple dog discount should be greater. Nevertheless, based on our experience to date, we would not move from Vetsure.

Jun 12,2023During what was a worrying time with my lovely dog between Vetsure and my own vets the procedure to make a claim on my insurance was completely seamless. Claim form completed by vet, forwarded to Vetsure and shortly afterwards relevant funds received directly into account. Very efficient service.
