Sep 08,2023What am awful experience I’ve had with Vetsure after the death of my mums beloved little dog. Was spoken to someone who wasn’t very nice or caring at all. Not sure where these excellent staff are supposed to be. Obviously had to call to let them know,then I took over to discuss the claim side of things where he says only up until 8 if die of an illness. Doesn’t say that on your summary ,says covered . They don’t tell you not covered anymore after 8 and it’s written hidden away in the small print . What a con. What percentage of dogs actually die of illness before 8? Not as many I’m very sure. Don’t fall for this company. Definitely DO NOT recommend. Disgusting policy

Sep 06,2023I recently brought a lovely kitten into our home. I work in the veterinary industry and know how important insurance is, so finding the best cover at a cost we could afford was a must. After contacting several companies, and a comparison website we ended with a shortlist of 2. We choose Vetsure because they were very cost effective and we got a choice of excess levels, but most of all the customer service was excellent. Of course I hope never to have to use their claims service because that would mean that Logan had either met with an accident or was unwell but if they deal with claims in the same manner as I recently experienced I have no worries about veterinary costs going forward and have the assurance that Logan can receive the very best care available.
