Was advised by previous vet to use Vetsure (few years ago) some time after found out my dog needed a knee op which wasnt covered under 'accident policy' well it definatley wasnt on purpose. Then after upgrading policy recently to highest cover, 4 odd weeks later she needed an xray. Not covered again. Bored of these types of insursnce companies all dodging helping out.

Oct 13,2020Our Labrador has developed arthritis in her front legs Vetsure covered the cost of the vets bills and also helped towards physio therapy costs all arranged and dealt with through our vets so no stress at all for us in having to find the right professionals or arrange payments

Oct 05,2020The claims process was really easy. Because our vet was on Vetsure's list of accredited vets, I didn't actually have to do anything. Our vet made the claim direct to Vetsure. After that, all I was asked to do by Vetsure was to approve the claim. It was then processed quite quickly and the bill settled directly with the vet.

Oct 02,2020After the premature loss of our beloved Harvey decided to invest in some pet insurance via our vets practice recommendation called vet sure. We pay s monthly cost and after being a member for just 7 months we found ourselves with a hefty bill following a removal of a lump on our new edition to our cat family. We were extremely impressed with the hassle free claim, it was a simple and swift just like our vet promised. Diagnoses made, treatment provided, paid excess, completed form, vet sent it off, and contacted vet sure, whom notified us of our claim request via email, invoice received and settled via vet sure, which is the kind of service we like, swift and hassle free, highly recommend.

Oct 02,2020I have been really happy with Vetsure. They have been fantastic helping me deal with both of my cats who were poorly. One of the cats required longer term treatment from a vet specialist and all of my dealings with Vetsure were really professional. They were so compassionate when one of my cats died in May this year. I wouldn’t have my pets covered with any other insurer. They are great.

Oct 02,2020Our Doberman was extremely ill and had to be rushed for lifesaving surgery, luckily he survived. Vetsure pet insurance was amazing no questions asked only the welfare of our dog and how he was recovering they settled our claim in a very short space of time, I would highly recommend Vetsure Pet Insurance.
