Jul 08,2021We have been very impressed with Vetsure Insurance. Our puppy has had quite a few setbacks eg. She has eaten things which have been toxic for her and she also consumed some artificial grass. We were given support and our claims have been met fairly.

Mar 15,2021I took insurance out about a month ago and had an issue with payment, the site had taken my money but crashed before any information was sent to me. I phoned them up the next morning and they sorted it out straight away and sent me all my details. Very helpful and friendly on the phones and was very easy to get through to customer service!

Matt explained everything both professionally and very clearly, he answered all my queries honestly and the differences in the types of policies and excess payments. I felt so comfortable in the way that Matt had dealt with my request, and the fact that I didn't feel any pressure to take out the policy, that I accepted the quote there and then. Matt said I would receive emails for the DD, the interest free monthly payments, and the policy, within an hour. The emails arrived within the hour. Matt sold me that policy through his polite, knowledgeable and professional manner. Thank you Matt

Jan 18,2021We have only been with Petsure for five months and so far their service has been excellent. We have three kittens, one of whom broke his leg falling off a table the second week we had him. A claim was submitted for the accident and Petsure sent a payment towards vet bills very quickly. We are very happy that we insured our kittens but even happier that we chose Petsure. Phone staff are lovely and the online portal is very easy to use for paperwork etc. Highly recommended.

Jan 14,2021The process for submitting a claim with Vetsure was straightforward. I printed off the claim form, completed it and handed it to the vet. The vet did the rest. The vet forwarded details of my pet's treatment and medication costs etc. I then received an email from Vetsure to inform me that the claim had been settled. I paid the excess to the vet

Jan 06,2021Extremely pleased my own dog has been very poorly during the covid year and I was also left fostering a dog during that time for 9months that could not be uplifted and he caused problems for my dog involving 2 separate injuries to my dog and vet sure have dealt with everything direct to vet and I’ve had a email every time updating me on costs and when and what has been paid I needed the reassurance and the back up during the coronavirus first lockdown I’m happy I took out insurance with vet sure there’s been no long calls and questions at all all done direct to the vet while I concentrate on my poorly dog thank you vetsure
