Oct 01,2020I'm very happy with the cover provided by Vetsure, I called at the start of lockdown and the member of staff I spoke with was very kind and helpful. She emailed a pdf with our vetsure details which was helpful for giving to the vets. Most of the vets we'd seen during the process seemed to think we couldn't claim! But the last vet our cat saw encouraged us to put in a claim and I was pleasantly surprised to find that all of the treatment we had had was covered (recurring cystitis). Our cat also seems much better now, so I'll be very glad if we don't have to claim for this in the future, although I have the peace of mind knowing that we can do so!

Oct 01,2020VetSure have been really user-friendly in setting up and then renewing our policy, so when we had to make a claim we were delighted to find that same positive experience continued. Our vets were happy to complete the straightforward claim form for us. The claim itself was processed without any problems or delay, and VetSure kept us up to date with progress. Definitely worth the 5* rating.

Aug 29,2020When my labroador needed his spleen removed due to tumors .Vetsure were very quick and efficient at processing my claim and paid my vet direct. I received a full statement so I was aware of any outstanding balance I had to pay on my vet bill after vetsure had paid the amount covered by insurance. The peace of mind vetsure provide and efficent service ment I could provide my beloved labroador Jet with the treatment he required to save his life. Thankyou. xx

Aug 28,2020We have used vet sure for a few years now .We have been really happy with the level of cover vetsure have offered us All at a very reasonable price . Our dog Buster recently had an incident involving a pine cone He swallowed it whole and it got stuck in his bowel . The vets we used wernt part of the vetsure vets . This was no problem and after a few forms being completed the funds were sent to the vet we used. This was all done in a sensitive and timely manner. This was the second time we had made a claim . The first was when our previous dog became ill and sadly passed away . Vetsures service is second to none and I would highly recommend .
