Dec 12,2019Linked to my vets so only had to pay the excess. Literally saved our cats life, as there was no way we could of afforded paying out so much, so close to christmas. Great service and played out quickly. Website and account are easy to use. Would definitely reccomend.

Dec 11,2019At annual check of my 5 year old perfectly healthy Cat, Resorptive Lesions were detected but no Gingival - hereditary disease diagnosed truly unforeseen but Vetsure refused to support the Claim instead hiding behind the ' we don't cover dental as a way out', the lesions were in my cats mouth- it just so happens that this clinical condition shows in the mouth causing great discomfort. Thinking about this total lack of care shown by Vetsure, I would be interested to see if they would support a claim for Mouth Cancer as the result would be the same from the Cats point of view-pain tooth removal, numerous visits to the Vets. This is what we are all warned about Insurers who take the money but do not pay out- pet owners beware use Vets Medi Cover - I will

Dec 06,2019My wife and I have covered our dog Bramble with Vetsure since we first got him 4 1/2 years ago. Unfortunately Bramble suffered an injury this year, and our local emergency pet hospital, although they tried valiantly, were not able to help Bramble recover. We took the sad decision to put Bramble down as a result. Upon contacting Vetsure, they were fantastic; supportive and caring. Our policy was fully paid, without quibble, and in a very timely manner. My wife and I fully recommend Vetsure as a first-rate insurer.
