Dec 04,2019The whole experience of my dog limping then told after x rays he needed an operation was traumatic, but with vetsure the experience was less stressful. I contacted them immediately an was told to fill small questionnaire about the time of the incident and what the vet advised , within 20 mins everything was covered , Leo had the operation all covered on my policy , and in 6 weeks he will have another x ray to see that the leg has healed 1st class were VETSURE .....and to the lovely lady I spoke too , she put my mind at ease ASAP .....one very happy customer , and Leo says thanks too 👍👍👍👍😀😀😀😀

Dec 04,2019We have been with Vetsure for 3 years now with our rather clumsy labrador. We have had several occasions where claims needed to be made but thankfully this was directly made through our vets with just the excess paid. No fuss, no forms at our end and the confidence that we can give the best care to our family member.

Friends,who are insured with other pet insurers, cannot believe how easy and faultless it is with Vetsure and suggest they will also be 'joining the club'.

Dec 03,2019Very helpful and quick to answer queries. Prompt in settling claims with clear breakdown of settlement. Don't like the idea of paying a higher premium for older dogs or the 15%that is taken out of the settlement after the excess but this is probably the same with other insurers. However I would still give 5stars for their performance over the last 3/4years.

Dec 03,2019After our cocopoo was ill we were presented with a vet bill for the work thay had done and after care..at the time we were only thinking of our dog recovery, once we got in touch with vet sure to help us with our vet bill.all our worries were taking care of..a simple form for vet and ourselves to fill in ..no hassle excellent service well recommended. Nov 18,2019Easy claims process and very quick to pay out when we had to use a non-accredited vet. Unfortunately, the policy is nowhere near as good when using a non-accredited vet. I'd highly recommend keeping your pet registered at your nearest accredited vet, even if you use a closer one for emergencies.
