This is after ridiculous wait times for their support to answer because it's just 1 company hiding behind many different names to hide how bad they are. You already know the door was chipped before it was cut with a blade straight from the pack. Don't hit me with your pathetic lies. Also you have just proved that you do lie about delivery dates while trying to deny it. How do you even manage to do that? Disgusting company.

When i phoned to chase , i was then informed they could only split my order with the remainding doors toncome 12 weeks later. No communication again from them so i chased again, to find the doors i had agreed to take had been sold on.

Mar 19,2024Firs of all, this is a good trustworthy company. I ordered the french doors set of 3 with a frame in Oak. Things to be aware of: You will need a very skilled carpenter to install this, its not a DIY job, You will need to order something smaller than the gap you have and then pack the gap out... when you pack out the gap, this gap needs to be covered with architrave to make it look nice. My gap was about 4 inches each side, which means I have very big architrave, which detracts from the doors beauty. Also, the doors do not come with any handle or latch, you will need to buy one. Delivery was good and fast, the quality of the doors is exceptional, its just a shame they don't provide any installers to fit them, (this is why I marked it down by a star), because 9 out of 10 carpenters I contacted thought the job was too complicated and didnt want to know, so I was nearly stranded with a pile of wood in my room! Think of this before you order, make sure you have a reliable carpenter who will not lose his nerve when he sees the fitting instructions!

There was a delay on the original order due to Vibrant rejecting the quality of the first set of doors but they kept me informed along the way and the replacements were delivered within a few days later . The communication from both company and the delivery service was excellent.
