Jan 19,2024Ordered a JB Kind door from Vibrant Doors. Whilst I haven't opened it yet, I wanted to comment on the customer service so far. They kept me up to date with delivery times, when I needed to change they tried their best to accommodate my request. The delivery driver was friendly and helped me get the door into the garage, even though it was a heavy fire door. So far so good.

Dec 27,2023I had incorrect doors delivered on thursday 21st December i have sent 4 emails and every time i try and call the contact number is engaged and then cuts me off. I was sent a white frame with my black doors. The website states theyre finished buy i have also been sent primed doors. I am now left out of pocket and cannot contact anyone to rectify this with doors that cost me over £1000!! Avoid at all costs!

Dec 26,2023Ordered two doors, from the LPD oak range. Doors delivered on time and delivery driver and experience of purchasing them was brilliant. Three stars is due to the quality of the Downham oak door. Issue with door but issues resolved by vibrant doors, customer services expertly. 5Stars for vibrant doors but the 3 stars given are for the quality of the oak doors supplied by LPD. I would use vibrant doors again.

Feb 07,2024I ordered some heritage aluminium french doors for my house refurbishment. The doors look great, however there was no scope for adjustment in the frame, so when installed there is a large air gap down the centre. We let the company know who then got on to the manufacturers who made us a replacement set of doors however the replacement doors still have a gap down the middle.
