The order was guaranteed to arrive in November. It actually arrived in mid January with no update no apology and at the end of the day. The doors came with no fixings not even screws and worse no instructions. The customer service team were extremely unhelpful

I've never fitted vibrant doors before. I thought the frame came cut to size but not? So that took some time to work out . I think the hinges are cheap not very strong .but I might be wrong. And now thay are in it looks good .not bad for first time thanks. Alec
We received our doors as scheduled, no issues with delivery. When we started fitting we found that we had been sent white primed doors, but an oak veneered frame so they did not match.
Their couriers did not deliver the doors( saying they tried but we weren’t in… we were!!) and now these guys are trying to charge me again for delivery ! Plus customer service put the phone down on me twice when I started to get frustrated after a month !!! Who can blame me , get charged twice for delivery or refund minus delivery cost , which was already paid , screwed either way I guess .
Just want people to be aware of the "small" print in the 10yr manufacture defect guaranty !!!. we bought unfinished doors, as we thought we could get them fitted, and once fitted apply the finish we wanted. BUT be aware if you fit the doors unfinished then want to apply a finish after they are fitted (what sounds normal to me!) there is NO guaranty !! we noticed after fitting them and before we applying the finish some of the oak veneer had lifted off one of the doors (it happens I guess), BUT after some lengthy emails back and forth to Vibrant. Vibrant said the guaranty was VOID, due to the fact we had fitted the doors before applying the finish. it is there in Black & White, if you read the small print. lesson learned - read small print !! AND DON'T buy from Vibrant doors, as in my opinion this was a genuine manufactures fault :-( Its a real shame as we really liked those doors :-(
Didn't exchange doors as originally agreed. Didn't keep me up to date with what is going on. When I did call I was spoken to rudely, cut off and placed on hold mid sentence. I spoke to Callum who then said he can't give me the name of the person I previously spoke to. Said there are 9 people in the office but they don't sit around nattering all day. Said the persons name was Hally but couldn't spell it or give me her surname. Couldn't ask anyone else for it and couldn't transfer me to their manager. All in all, an absolutely awful experience.
You have asked "How did we do" - Unfortunately you haven't done anything apart from take my money ignore emails and not answer your phone. I have not received the door I ordered and paid for. I have tried by email to get some indication as to an ETA but have not had a response. I have tried ringing your company but no one answers your telephone. Please respond to communications and provide an ETA for the purchased door. Order placed on 13 December 2022.
Great quality door - bought an internal door with glass panels to use a pocket door. Looks great and really solid. Will use again for future orders!
Doors arrived on the day stated. Doors exceeded expectations. Courier/delivery company that they used again 1st class. Would recommend to family, friends and colleagues.

Good quality oak doors, great choice of designs and fast delivery. Customer service kept me informed of the delivery date and then the driver contacted me in advance to give a time for arrival. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would definitely order from again.

Ordered and paid almost £600. Arranged delivery date and said I was available afternoon. Customer service said to inform delivery company when they contact me with suitable time slot. Email from Delivery company says they will arrange a time with Customer for delivery. I was contacted by text from driver giving me morning slot the day before delivery date. There is no arranging a time, i was told when it will be. I said I was available afternoon. He insists on attempting delivery so I am charged for redelivery. I already told him not to load or attempt delivery. Vibrant don't answer, no message on answer phone saying they closed early for Xmas. Poor customer service. Wish I had ordered elsewhere.
