Feb 08,2023Once order the doors. The service was very good. Doors were delivered on the day they said. All material arrived in damaged thank you. Two weeks on the bolt has fallen out of track. Rang up and sent photos to show problem. No reply by phone or email. Warranty is not worth the paper it is written on. What a shame as the doors and track seems good. I have now sorted problem out myself to keep my customer happy. Had another customer interested in same doors but unfortunately not sure as there no customer service back up on this fault. Thank you for reply but I never received a second email to confirm anything plus no new roller was sent. Will look forward to receive new roller!!!
