Ordered a 4-panel bi-fold. This is where the issues started. First attempt to deliver was to the wrong address and when that homeowner quite rightly refused delivery, once the issue had been brought to the company's attention there was no attempt to have the courier redeliver while they were out until the end of their day when it just so happened our address was on their way home. Multiple calls and emails eventually led to the door being delivered ahead of the originally rescheduled date. But the door then arrived damaged. Round the houses again with little to no proactive customer service to redress the issue. Attempt to deliver the replacement door (using a different courier) was yet again delivered to the wrong address (a different wrong address this time). While quickly remediated, it took multiple emails and phone calls to get there. However, this door was damaged as well. Rude drivers for courier company, passive customer service at best, still no resolution.

I received the doors was watermarks on it what's disappeared after a day so I left it with out complaining. The time is arrived to install it. When I oiled it the watermarks came out so I contacted the customer service but they ignored me as I had 48 hours to report any problems. The doors itself good quality but the way they acting is very bad.
Ordered doors for a client's project 24/09/24. 1 door arrived fine, other still hasn't arrived 4 weeks after order, despite assurance of 5-7 working days. I discovered that they purchase this door via another distributor who only received the order 08/10/24. Bad enough. When I called to discuss, manager refused to deal with me, instead hiding behind their call centre staff. FYI they also trade as DOORS & MORE.
Avoid this company. Ordered a door and frame. The frame arrived 2 hours late. The door arrive 30 hours late. Customers service was dreadful rude. I ended up have to wait in 2 day. Built the frame yu realise it was not the right size. In the end it was easier move the lintel up and make the opening suite than to deal with this company. Complaints are all done by email and have heard nothing back. Expensive lesson I won’t make again. Also a lots of filler in the hardwood door.
Ordered various doors from Virbrant on arrival in fairness on time, one door badly damaged. I Contacted Virbrant same day via e-mail which automatically replied my mail would be responded within 3 days. As I had a builder booked to fit said doors I contacted Virbrant by phone who said "I would have to wait for the e-mail to be processed through their team and they could not do anything to support in the meantime" This is an absolutely ridiculous level of support I have paid for the doors to arrive in good condition, I have paid for the builder to be on site to fit the doors and now have to wait up to three days before someone will look at my issue. The I with no doubt have to wait for door to be return and new door sent if its even in stock. The customer service agent was completely unhelpful and just kept quoting his scrip of T&C's. This is not helpful in this situation and a sense of dignity and support would have gone a lot further. Would look for other suppliers in the future, however it will be interesting how this works out in the end and how finally they will review and deal respectively will my issue
“AVOID TOTAL SCAM‼️🚨ALERT PLEASE don’t buy from Vibrant Doors.Received a message Delivery due on 26thOct, No one turned up, Another mail and messages received DELIVERY DUE ON 30th October at 10.01AMI just called at 11.00 am , receptionist said you missed your delivery on 26th and today, I checked my cameras although builders start at 8.30 for Building work. Receptionist Passed on to her colleague, she admits they lied to us, there was no stock available to deliver, and they kept misleading us. I paid to a builder a huge amount to install my doors for 30th. Not right! Highly disappointed
I ordered Amsterdam Black 3 Panel Internal Doors which are beautiful doors to look at but they are quite cheaply made. Easily chipped and scratched really easily upon installation. We are going to have to sand down and paint which won't give the same look.
Awful customer service. Nearly impossible to get hold of. Started a return 10 days ago and haven’t actually made any progress with it yet other than paying an outrageous amount to return the door and no collection date has been given. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Reply: collection was arranged for Wednesday and whilst I waited in all day no one arrive. Collection was then rearranged for today and has not yet been successful. Let’s not carried away with thinking this is resolved just yet. Thank you
I Placed an order on 17th July 2024, and it was only in part delivered. I have repeatedly chased this order sending email after email and got no responses/ despite using all the mail contacts who were in dialogue for taking the order. Have then called there telephone numbers on multiple occasions, and received the apologies and promises of call backs - but never do I get them. Eventually got through to Oli again who I placed the order via email he me told the order was lost and expect it to be fulfilled by end of August/ couple of weeks. I began writing emails again Thursday 5th Sep, Monday 9th and telephoning again today (twice). There is never anybody who can tell me where my order is, when it will be delivered. I asked for manager escalation to speak to/ become responsible and accountable (none were available at 12pm and 3:30pm today). I then asked to call a spade a spade/ if they cant deliver the order then I want to have a refund and was told it would be best if I wait for another call back from Oli... I reminded the team, whilst in the summer i was flexible it was now autumn and with two children + the energy costs for heating this was unacceptable. How is this company has no CRM systems and a single person is the choke point to resolve my issues. I have warned them I would I post this review/ and was more shocked to see I am not alone in experiencing shocking customer service. I would urge others to strongly consider whether it was worth your time and effort to deal with this company.
Avoid at all costs. Take payment and do not deliver. No response, appauling customer service. Been waiting over 6 weeks now and still no product. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE OR THERE SISTER COMPANIES. They have 3 - 4 diffrent trading names. All cons
Lame customer service and no clue what's going on with their delivery company. Contradicting answers about why my delivery. Fed up of hearing "I can only apologise..." instead of anybody caring enough to do anything. They could do a lot more than "only apologise", but they choose not to. Callbacks and updates promised, but I always had to chase. Eventually cancelled the order...still waiting for the refund. Was highly concerned because they were acting susiciously like they or their delivery company had gone bankrupt.
The guys at Vibrant were able to help me out with a new install of an external aluminium Bifold door, our fitter complimented the product saying it's some of the best quality they'd ever installed and the sizing was absolutely spot on, needed next to no packing whatsoever. Off the back of this, the team helped us pick a close matching PVC kitchen window to help us keep cost at a minimum and the product again was immaculate, delivery was prompt and secure and on both occasions I was greeted with a call ahead of time to arrange delivery. We can't wait to use Vibrant Doors again for further requirements around the house.
Great choice of doors. I chose Grey Ash with black inlay look even better fitted. Easy to order online service was great from start to delivery. Will definitely use again.
Placed order. Several days later couldn't provide a delivery date, it was down to the courier to advise. Having waited 18 days after ordering contacted company again. Kept on hold for 20 mins to be told they were at Derby but due to the loss of paperwork I'd not been advised. Embarrassing for me with my customer.

First and only time I use this company. The door ordered did not match the customer’s doors well enough so to send the door back the charge was double. How they can justify it I will never know. The door was £115, delivery £45. To send it back another £90. Disgusting
It started off well with Vibrant doors we ordered two doors and a trenched frame, quick order confirmation and initial contact. My husband arranged a days holiday after confirming a delivery day with the courier service, not even 24 hours before (night before) it was due it got cancelled. The blame was immediately placed on the courier firm, I thought that would be the end of it sorely mistaken. We ordered a door frame that was due to be fitted off the back of this order a day after confirmed delivery we had to cancel this and try and source one from another supplier, the carpenter was very accommodating and then advised carry on with the order I asked for the frame to be put back on the order which was confirmed in writing and via a telephone conversation. My husband took another days holiday to wait in and the door frame was missed off the delivery… I contacted the courier company who blamed Vibrant and Vibrant blamed the courier company. I tried to arrange a re-delivery which again was awfully slow, in the end the carpenter ended up trenching his own frame as he had waited long enough already. As goodwill Vibrant returned the courier fees (least they could do if I’m honest given the wasted holiday days) the reason behind writing this review now I am still waiting for my refund for the door frame, I have emailed twice with no response. The after-sales/complaints process with Virbant is awful, they seriously need to look at having an independent team to deal with complaints and issues this is beyond frustrating now, Vibrant you have taken monies and failed to deliver the goods I would like my refund processed promptly please.
I placed a large value order, supplied promptly, but 10 of the wrong doors. Vibrant claim it was mispicked by THEIR SUPPLIER ClimaDoor.. emails and 4 calls later... still no update in replacement.. I searched ClimaDoor and find they are exactly the SAME ADDRESS.. I call Climadoor and find they sit together in the same showroom / sales area... wondering why the others point the finger of blame. Meanwhile a week lost and my hotel is due to open! So the story of it was the Vibrant supplier is a bit of a tricky reply and avoidance. Be careful of these online shopfronts!... so far I now have assurances from ClimaDoor they are pushing for a replacement delivery (all be it a week later) but nothaks to the Vibrant dodg respo0nse, blaming their supplier, i.e. themselves!

Nov 06,2024I have received a damaged door part on two occasions. Katie is now refusing to provide a replacement frame part as I did not inform them of the damage within 48 hours. This is despite me not living at the property and the delivery being accepted by whoever was working in the house at the time. I have let them know that their 48 hour rule goes against the consumer rights act which gives 30 days to return faulty items, but they do not care at all. They have not offered any potential solutions to the damaged part. The frame part is a flimsy piece of wood which is packaged with heavier thicker pieces so it is obviously going to get damaged more often than not. (Read other reviews and you will see a recurring theme) I suppose I should be happy with a damaged door for nearly £600. I have asked for the issue to be escalated to management, this has simply not been done and the majority of my complaint points have simply been ignored.
