My tapes were returned in excellent condition. I'm really pleased that I had all my memories converted and that they are now safe for the future.

Apr 25,2021I sent a dvd mini tape and a VHS tape to be dubbed. The mini was done perfectly, and came on disc and also online, as promised. Couldn't have asked for better. The VHS tape however was another matter. The copy had vertically rolling bars throughout, and so was useless to me. I have a VHS player, and had seen the tape live. No rolling bars. I dug out my EZ Grabber and connected it all up. Got a similar result. To be fair, I hadn't told Video2dvdtransfers, that the VHS tape was American. However, I tried the NSTC settings on EZG, and got a B/W copy, with no rolling bars. I was delighted with the first dubbing, but felt that a company stressing its quality machinery and attention to detail would have been embarrassed by what they sent me on the second tape, and spent time sorting it out. As I did.
