Aug 12,2024Having researched alot... I came about this company - only having 1 copy of my Wedding Video you always have to trust what you read on reviews. I cannot complain, the whole process was faultless and the way they packaged my video / new DVD & USB stick made me feel they cared very much about their business and their customers. Would happily use again - and thank you.

Jun 28,2024Before using any company I take a look at Trustpilot for the reviews, as I'm sure most people on this site are doing! It says to 'Rate your recent experience' - mine is currently the experience of reading the reviews and comments. To say I was impressed with the responses from this company to the 1-Star reviews is putting it mildly. Therefore, based on the 1-star reviews and the comments back to Trustpilot users, I've just placed my order for 3 VHS tapes to be done by this company. Anyone who issues these kinds of responses to dense/rude reviewers... I take my hat off to you :) Videos will be sent in the next couple of days!

Feb 16,2024Took me right back in time. It is lovely to re-live experiences and share with younger family members. Didn't know what to expect from 30+ year old tapes and was very pleased with the quality. Would definitely recommend and would use again.

May 13,2023Really, REALLY pleased with this company. I did a LOT of research before sending 6 of my treasured family VHS cassettes to a company for transfer but still nervous. The transfers came out GREAT and the price was excellent. Having tried to do this myself in the past I know it can be quite time-consuming. Labels provided for postage to and return postage was an added bonus. Also, when I sent an email query I got a reply within hours. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company

May 12,2023This is the second occasion I have used Video2DVDtransfers and again they have provided excellent service and communication. The whole process is so easy and simple to use. I was nervous about posting the family VHS videos in case they were lost in transit but everything is tracked. I also asked Jim if we could delay payment as were in Lanzarote when the invoice was received and I didn't want the return package delivered until we were back from holiday. Jim responded straight away to say not to worry and to make payment when were were back. The quality of DVDs is excellent despite the original VHS cassettes being nearly 30 years old! These were presents for my children as they turn 30 years old and the 3 who have received them thus far have said it was the most precious and special gift they could have received. As I have 7 children, Jim will be getting a lot of repeat business from me over the next few years! I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

Aug 13,2024Great service. Contacted the company first and was advised how to go about sending my old video/camcorder. It was picked up by the Post Office and delivered to the company within a few days. I was updated with costs and the next week everything was returned along with my new DVD’s. I’m really pleased with the service received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.
