Dec 29,2021Good clear service overall for sending and retuning the tapes. Just minor issues with arranging payment (from our side really) which could have been followed up better with some more reminders. And download link of the final videos didn’t come through initially but was quickly supplied after a reminder mail.

Dec 21,2021Absolutely amazing. Old camcorder tapes and they managed to transfer from 3 of the 5 (they were In a bad way after age and mould) but only charged for the 3. Great to see some footage of years gone by including family members sadly no longer with us. Hearing my Grandad's voice for the first time since he passed away in 2007 was worth the price on its own. If I find more tapes I know where I'm coming. Thank you
