I am editing this from a 1 star review to a 5 star review. I sent Vionic an email and I was contacted by customer service straight away and provided photos. I was issued with a full refund for both pairs of trainers the same day with a 2/3 days turn around. I bought two pairs of trainers in September / October 2022. They were originally £80 reduced to £36 each. They are very comfortable and did serve me very well. But they started falling apart in December 22 and started getting holes on the side of the fabric of the shoes. All I do is walk in them and I alternate them both. I just threw away money basically. I'm just grateful that I never spent the full cost on them. I've spent £3 on shoes which lasted so much longer than these. Just buy some proper shoes and get insoles. I wish I could include my receipt here and pictures of the holes in the shoes. Btw I'm a size 4 and got a size 4 1/2 and size 5. I'm so disappointed.
I would like to say what first class customer service Vionic.co.uk have. I had a few issues in trying to place an order and when I contacted Vionic customer service. they contacted me straight away and resolved my issues.

I asked if there was a shop in Dublin Ireland where I could try on shoes and I was referred to a premises in Milton Keynes 😳🙄. Waste of time making inquiry!
I am diabetic and during summer suddenly I have pain in my heel and I wasn't able to take my regular walks. I went to my GP and she asked me to take a rest. One of my friends recommended me Vionic shoes. I ordered Relax Slipper in January and start wearing it indoors. My heel is getting better and now in February, I started my regular walks in the park again. I ordered another pair of slippers today. These slippers are really good for a diabetic patient who suffers from foot and heal problems.

Slippers arrived within 5 days of ordering,were well wrapped and boxed,quality of slipper are brilliant , out door / indoor soles,and the special foot support inside the slipper is so comfortable and instantly you can feel the difference it’s making to your feet and leg alignment. I’ve recently had a faulty pair of slippers and to my surprise after emailing Vionic ,within 3 days I received a replacement pair of slippers, no charge or return of my slippers was required.. absolutely fantastic..
I have bought many pairs of Vionic shoes and sandals over the years and have always been very pleased with the quality. However, I purchased a pair of slippers at Christmas and the Pom Poms fell off. I contacted Vionic who were very quick to respond. They didn’t have any replacement slippers as they had gone into the sale and there were none in my size so they gave me a credit note instead. I was very impressed with their customer service.
I'd never bought shoes online before, I was worried about getting the wrong size, or a style that didn't suit me, or wasn't comfortable, and I thought I could end up making an expensive mistake. But Vionic showed me I had nothing to worry about! Their returns process is hassle-free and simplicity itself, and any returns are free. If you have any questions or need any help, their customer services team is so kind and helpful.
After slight delay Gemma from customer care helped loads and I now have the items very pleased with then. Defo buy from them again.
My husband bought me some vionic slippers for christmas! The pompom on them dropped off and although they were still wearable after paying £30 for them I didn’t think this was good ! I emailed customer services and sent a photo and they gave me a full refund !( if I’m honest I wasn’t expecting that) The customer service of this company is second to none their prompt reply and action was excellent ! I will be using this company again , quality products , excellent customer service they can be a bit pricey but I’ve got my refund towards a new pair !
Buy with confidence, not only is the product amazing but the customer service is also exemplary. The quality of the shoes are fantastic and so good for comfort and support, great as a preventative measure and even better if you have a foot problem. In addition, if you have a problem they are so helpful and supportive. You call an 0800 number and they answer really quickly by a human being ! The customer service staff are professional, kind and very knowledgeable. Buy with confidence e you will not regret it.

The staff member was professional, reassuring and efficient. My refund was also processed on the same day, excellent service, I am very impressed.
