I purchased a pair of shoes on line, a leap of faith for me. In todays world I worry about companies who hide behind a website and do their best to run away from the customer when things go wrong. None the less I purchased anyway, fingers crossed. When the shoes arrived I was very pleased with the quality. As the owner of an Aston Martin dealership my eye for detail and quality is sharp. Three months later one of the heals came away. I wrote to Vionic. I had a reply within 12 hours from Gemma. I sent a photo to help explain the problem. The service I received has been first class and frankly has made me a customer for life. Without hesitation Gemma offered, I didn't have to ask, to send me a replacement pair. If you are considering a purchase I hope this note helps with your decision. A company you can trust. How rare is that? Well done team Vionic.
I am usually very satisfied with Vionics. However, on this occasion I am disappointed. I ordered a pair of size 5 boots but received size 5.5. The label on the box says size 5 but the boots were not. Vionics are insisting I got the correct size and said that sometimes the label on the box does not match the label on the shoe. I ordered a size 5 and expected a size 5 not a different size. Disappointing.
July 22 I bought my husband a pair of Adler slippers, as had previous pair & loved them. On Friday 13th I e-mailed customer services with a photo showing one of the laces snapped. 5 minutes later Nikki emailed apologising & offering a refund or replacement pair. Chose replacement pair which are being delivered today !!! Wow what fantastic service. Thank you.
I found customer service to be very reactive, replying quickly to emails and dealing extremely well with the issues I had. Delivery is also extremely fast, so I don't mind paying £5 when shoes come the next day and there are free returns. However there are no exchanges, so better to buy 2 sizes in a shoe if you are not sure.
My husband has been have pain in his heel .... so started using orthotics which helped but the pain got bad again So decided to order Vionics shoes .... He says they are amazing we have hosted ordered the slippers and another pair of shoes He walks the dog a lot without pain now Thank you Vionic The lady in sales was so helpful Looking forward to my delivery arriving tomorrow
Customer service is excellent as is delivery. They refund quickly when returns are made and the many items I have kept are great quality and comfortable.

Ordered shoes over a week ago but never got a confirmation. I emailed the company and they never replied. Tried 5+ times to ring their UK phone number but it just rings out and no one picks up...

Ordered some slippers yesterday and they have just arrived! Super quick, well packaged and as described. look so comfy and looking forwards to wearing them tonight. I already wear Vionic shoes and they have made such a difference to my feet. Thank you and highly recommended.

Awful customer service! Ordered some slippers on the 3rd Dec and my credit card was charged. Still not received them and despite several emails and voicemails I’ve had little response from the company. I did manage to speak with someone who was supposedly going to arrange for a new pair to be dispatched but I’ve still not had them and now she is not replying to my emails! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
Very good service. Sadly had to send back as fit was wrong. I have to say customer service was very good. I couldn’t print the send back label but they were very accommodating and will send me one in the post.
Delivery was a bit of a nightmare as the couriers lost the order twice then two arrived at once, however the customer care was great and so far the trainers are good, comfortable and accommodate my various foot issues
the trainers improved my foot problem after a few days. The response from customer service was excellent in dealing with a slight problem with one of the actual trainers and resolved immediately with brand new replacement. Thankyou and will be looking for other types of footwear to add to collection
Excellent service from Customer Services. Beautiful shoes that support the feet in every way. My whole family now wears them, as going back to ordinary shoes isn’t likely after experiencing Vionic.

Jan 20,2023Purchased slippers and trainers with a wedge heel and both fit extremely well. I am an average width size 6 and purchased size 6. If you would like a little more room for thicker socks, go up half a size. Had a query for customer service which was sorted out immediately I always buy vionics as they help with knee and back pain and I notice the knee pain creeps back if I don't wear them for a while.
