Jul 22,2023I saw VIP traveler on an instagram ad initially and was skeptical due to that. However, decided to go with it due to other great reviews I read. We received an amazing deal at a 5 star resort that I had been to once before so I know what it costs normally and this was a great savings. Sadly, our departing flight for the trip was cancelled, robbing us of a day of our trip. Distraught, I reached out to Chris who had been in contact with me representing vip traveler all along, and he was able to contact the resort and adjust our dates of stay so we could get back a night that we would have otherwise missed and extend for an additional night to make up for it. He was so prompt and responsive via email and turned a very disappointing/unexpected challenge into a sigh of relief. Thank you VIP traveler for an awesome experience. I would definitely book another trip through this company again!

Jul 21,2023I booked an amazing deal for Casa de Campo in the Dominican Republic through VIP Traveler. It was almost too good to be true. The price was phenomenal and we had the best experience. We bought the package through VIP Traveler and then picked the dates at a later time. Where we were ready to book the dates we had no problem securing the dates that we wanted. Everything was as described on the VIP Traveler website. The trip we booked was all-inclusive and we were so surprised how great the food was and how many options for dining there were. The room was spacious and clean, we had our own golf cart to explore, and we had unlimited food and drinks at all of the restaurants. I had a free massage included and my husband enjoyed a discounted round of golf. We had such a wonderful trip that I’m currently looking into booking another trip through their website.

May 24,2023Overall it’s been a fantastic experience dealing with this company prior to being in Japan and currently while we are still here. Having all the information readily available in relation to pre booking transport (includes the JR Pass), other passes for trains etc. I would not have know this without their help. Organised the hotel for me and really appreciated them arranging a personal driver to pick me up from the airport. Today’s recommendation to visit the Imperial Palace & Sensō-ji temple was absolutely spot on and we loved the tour guide that they arranged for us. I am extremely impressed with the service provided, can’t wait to what lies ahead for the next week and to top it off, one of the customer service people sent me an email to ask if we are ok, anything else they could help with and to enjoy our time in Japan. I will be recommending many of my friend that travel to use these guys. With all the tips on where to eat, shop and sightsee, I could not have done this without you.

May 24,2023I would give our experience with VIP Traveler 100 stars if possible! I was nervous booking with a third party initially, and as soon as I arrived at the airport, I was reassured that VIP traveler had everything taken care of. Our Bali experience included numerous meals, couples massages at 2 different sites, drivers when needed and much more at the most beautiful resorts. We didn’t have to stress about a single thing our entire trip as nearly everything was taken care of. We are already looking into another trip to book with VIP traveler!

May 24,2023We were particularly difficult due to travel issues on our way to Bali, but Chris was so helpful in working with the resorts to adjust our trip. Both our contact with VIP traveler and the staff at both Samaya properties went above and beyond to exceed our expectations in all ways. Would definitely use VIP traveler for our vacations again!

So glad I did, the customer service from VIP Traveler was amazing, even making sure the resort knew we were travelling for a special occasion! May 09,2023My friend and I purchased the Bali package from VIP Traveler. We stayed at 2 different resorts and both were amazing with spectacular views and service. We were truly treated like VIP not only by the resort staff but also the chauffeurs and airport transportation services that were a part of the package. The only mix up we had is that after the deal is expired, we could not go back and view the other details of the trip "the fine print" and the travel voucher was very confusing since it contained both hotels information. However, it did get cleared up. I have already recommended this company to many of my friends and excited to go on my Maldives trip I booked with them.

May 09,2023Shout out to my travel stylist Josh at VIP Traveler who helped my family arrange accommodation in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem for our first trip back since Covid. Great advice on hotel locations and specific streets to avoid noise at night. This is the kind of information that’s hard to work out yourself online. In Tel Aviv we stayed at Renoma hotel but in their serviced apartment section and the biggest rooms you’ll ever find on the beach. Jerusalem was more low key and Atlas was a nice small place with a very good breakfast. Thankyou again.

The hotels were incredible and the creators really thought of everything to have a full and one of a kind experience in Bali. We will be raving about this for years and looking forward to our next trip to The Maldives with VIP Traveler!

Apr 12,2023The deal was essentially for 4 nights, in an overwater villa that was all-inclusive with food and drinks, and a 1 hour couples massage. Flight was not included in the deal and the total was approximately $4,000. My husband and I hopped on this deal so fast. We got our flights and the reservation process was seamless. The customer service of VIP traveler was amazing. The agent I worked with was transparent with pictures and description of everything included in the package. He responded to emails very promptly and answered my questions thoroughly. We had a situation where we ended up having to extend our trip due to flight cancellation which was an unexpected cost and the agent was very helpful in that regard as well. I was very thankful that VIP Traveler was trustworthy, reputable, and made communication with the resort seamless as well.

Apr 07,2023It was so easy to book my trip to the Maldives through VIP Traveler. I spent a few days thinking about it and decided it was too good of a deal to pass up, and with the option to stay until Dec 2024, it was an even easier choice. I bought my trip to the Radisson Blu without having dates in mind. Once I decided when I wanted to go, it was easy to confirm availability and once I booked flights it was easy to get the sea plane transfer information. It was a very memorable mother/daughter trip and I am always looking for more deals from VIP Traveler for future trips.

They quickly responded to my inquiries and made sure communication with our resort was seamless. Planning a special trip with all of the « extra’s » one might want! Our group of 16 people booked with VIP Traveler and had the best time of our lives in Maldives at one of the most luxurious island resorts with all of the perks included and surprised that wowed all of us. All of the arrangements were made for us so that our vacation was a total relaxation. We stayed at the YOU&ME BY CACOON and were totally satisfied: amazing customer service, foods, entertainments, beaches, and of course gorgeous sunrise/sunset. The resort staff really made our stay more than special and unforgettable. Strongly recommend to work with VIP TRAVELER for your vacations or special occasions. Aug 04,2023We booked a trip to the Maldives with VIP Traveler and then had an emergency come up about 2 weeks before we were supposed to leave for the trip. I contacted them via email to see if there was any way we could change our travel dates for a few months later and they responded almost immediately that they would contact the resort to see what could be done. They got back to me right away and within less than 24 hours they had our vacation moved with no penalties or fees and with almost no effort on my part, which I really appreciated during a stressful time. The staff at VIP Traveler is super responsive and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!
