Feb 13,2023Joshua helped me sort through the best options for our stay in Mexico. We were pointed in the direction of Grand Hyatt in Playa Del Carmen because they have a new Kosher restaurant which was important for our family. His recommendation was a split stay between this hotel and a private villa that had a full kitchen and a chef. As a first-time travel to Mexico for our family, it was very comforting to know that we had people advising us who had not only been there but understood our requirements and would be on hand to give any advice or help out. The welcome note and bottle of wine was much appreciated upon check-in. We also got given a list of specific restaurants around Avenue 5 which we could also enjoy and they arranged us to have a private car from the airport to make sure arrival was smooth. Highly recommend this company if you are hesitant about a new destination or need personalized advice!

Jan 19,2023We used VIP Traveler couple years ago to purchase all-inclusive vacation package in Maldive. This was the best vacations we took ever. What I really appreciated with VIP Traveler is that their package is customized by them to include a lot of perks that are not traditionally in a package like free seaplane for 2, 2 x massages, free snorkeling equipment, etc... Also, at the last minute we needed to extend our stay and the promo was done but they reached out to the hotel and negotiated an extension at the same price. I highly recommend their services if you plan on a vacation trip

Jan 04,2023I recently used the services of VIP Traveler to book my honeymoon in several countries in Europe. I have to say that I was extremely impressed with the level of service and attention to detail that we received from our travel stylist. From the very beginning, our travel stylist was attentive and genuinely interested in helping us plan the perfect honeymoon. They took the time to really get to know us and understand our travel preferences, and used that information to suggest a variety of different hotels and destinations that they thought we would love. One of the things that really stood out to me was the effort that our travel stylist put into finding hotels that matched our style and budget. They seemed to have a great understanding of the various hotels and resorts in Europe, and were able to provide us with detailed descriptions and reviews of each one. In addition to helping us choose the right hotels, our travel stylist also provided us with a lot of helpful information about the different destinations that we were visiting. They gave us recommendations for things to see and do, as well as tips for making the most of our time in each location. Overall, I would highly recommend the services of VIP to anyone planning a trip to Europe. The level of personalized service that we received from our travel stylist was truly exceptional, and made our honeymoon even more special and memorable.

Dec 31,2022We had such an amazing time at the Rosewood in Thailand. The resort was just perfect, special little touches that made our stay sxtra special. So grateful that my Travel Stylist @VIP traveller suggested the in house dining .. it was one of the best dining experiences ever. Divine cocktails & appetisers, the fresh fish was the highlight cooked by the gorgeous husband & wife team. They were so friendly and professional, loved hearing about their chef adventures in Thailand and some culinary tips even the children were interested! Thanks again, everything was sublime, beautiful ambience, food and service, we are already planning our next stay. We will be back! Planning my husbands 50th with great friends

Dec 07,2022I booked part of my honeymoon in Cambodia with VIP Traveler and was so pleased! They were able to arrange a number of perks that I wouldn't have received on my own, such as airport transfers (landing at the airport and being transported directly to the hotel made a world of difference!), champagne, spa credit, free breakfast, and more. Because they flagged that it was our honeymoon with the hotel, the property upgraded us to a suite. We were able to ensure our trip was seamless, and it felt good knowing we weren't missing out on any special amenities and benefits! I will always book via VIP Traveler moving forward - it's a no-brainer!

Nov 28,2022My husband and I booked through VIP traveler for our honeymoon in 2021. We found this company through TikTok and were skeptical at first because it sounded too good to be true. However once we called the customer service they were amazing at making sure we got all of our confirmation numbers, and communication with the resort to arrange our trip. Our travel agent friend could not even match the same kind of deal that VIP traveler had arranged for us. We stayed at Sun Siyam Iru Veli in the Maldives. VIP traveler also let the resort know ahead of time it was our honeymoon so our room was covered in roses and had complimentary wine. It was a seamless experience and we have recommended VIP traveler to family and friends since!

Nov 14,2022Working with VIP Traveler has been a great experience in our travel to the Maldives. I saw there ads on Facebook but wasnt sure if it was real or not so did some research on the company and they seemed good. I purchased a 7 day trip to Cocoon Maldives which turned out to be an amazing trip. We were supposed to go in May 2022 but I got covid 2 days before. I thought it was not going to happen but working with Chris Goodlof from VIP Traveler he was able to get it moved to November. It has been a great time working with Chris and VIP Traveler and will be doing again soon.

(Pre-covid) I joined on as a Destination Expert and was lucky to have the opportunity to work on location as an on-camera host and producer, filming with the VIP team at the JW Marriott Cancun, Grand Hyatt Playa Del Carmen, Como Turks & Caicos as well as Amanyara Turks & Caicos. I can say with 100% confidence that the team at VIP Traveler are true experts at their craft. They are also exceptionally kind and thoughtful people who ensured that my travel experience to film at these destinations was seamless and memorable (in the best way possible!). They have a unique talent for finding the best properties (and all the connections to negotiate the best deals) and really understand the perspective of the traveler to ensure that they provide the best possible travel experiences all around. No detail is left out!
