Jan 19,2024Phenomenal from start to finish! My family and I all booked with VIP Traveler for our couples trip to Dubai and they put the luxury experience over the edge. We were able to dine with credit at some of the best restaurants and had elite treatment for everything from airport transportation, excursion planning and especially within the resort we stayed. We will definitely be booking with them again! 10/10 would recommend!

Jan 18,2024Casa de Campo had been on my list for quite a while. When I saw the package with VIP traveler, I was immediately intrigued. VIP traveler offered a fantastic package with substantial value and great perks, along with ease of booking and excellent communication. On property, I was a bit concerned, as a new VIP traveler, that the package might not be as advertised and expected. However, it was exactly as advertised and expected and a tremendous value. I was planning to book another trip with VIP even before I left the destination. I highly recommend VIP and will be a loyal customer going forward. As a resort, Casa de Campo is amazing and I will definitely return.

Jan 18,2024Booked my HoneyMoon trip to the Maldives with VIP Traveler and it was a very smooth process! I had many questions which were answered in the FAQ, but I also called many different times. The customer service reps were very nice, never turned down any of my dumb questions, and went above and beyond. I had called once when the office was closed and received a CALL BACK without requesting the next day. Overall very smooth process, and an amazing money-saving deal with a great team behind the scenes to assist.

Jan 13,2024We were a little nervous when we decided to go through with purchasing a Radisson Blu resort trip to the Maldives with VIP Traveler. It seemed too good to be true and we didn't want to be one of those, "oh course that couldn't be legit people," but we are glad we trusted VIP Traveler and booked what became our honeymoon through them. The Radisson Blu Maldives trip was unlike anything we've experienced. Not only was it the most gorgeous getaway we could have possibly imagined with all of the opportunities they mention (snorkeling, booking excursions to see whale sharks, sea turtles, the coral reef, manta rays, dolphins!), but everyone was so helpful and provided amazing service. When people ask how our honeymoon was, we say we aren't exaggerating to say it went flawlessly and was the best time we've ever had. VIP Traveler also offers deals you definitely could not otherwise get. After the trip we were so curious how much we really saved and looked at if we had booked on our own, and the cost savings were wild. I saw no all inclusive packages that also included roundtrip seaplane transfers, let alone also including extras like a massage and floating breakfast at Radisson Blu Maldives. We also have the membership and reached out when we decided to connect through Zürich with a 36 hour layover and they gave us various hotel and activity options based on price point, which was so helpful and helped us pick the right place to stay and make the most of our short stopover. I highly recommend booking trips with VIP Traveler. We got to have the most amazing honeymoon because of the package they offered and are so grateful. We can't wait until we can book another. If you have a certain travel budget a year, they also have a membership that could be really worth it. We received a personal phone call asking number of PTO days we'd use and how many days we'd split them across, budget, location and food preferences. We can't wait until we're through post wedding time and can utilize their membership. They really are striving, and succeeding, at providing a top-notch personalized travel experience, either through amazing packages or through one-on-one services.

Jan 06,2024I have to admit I was adamant about booking via VIP traveler but upon trusting a travel influenster and reading reviews online I decided to go through with the booking process and let me just say that it was the best decision I ever made. In no planet would I have been able to afford such a luxurious trip had it not been for the competitive pricing offered by VIP Traveler. My destination was 6 nights at the Maldives. VIP traveler maintained constant communication and was available to assist in the whole booking process. They even assisted when I had to change my travel date. They assisted in helping us set up our arrival and even let the resort know we would be on our honeymoon so that they could have the room prepared a certain way. I cannot thank VIP traveler and all their staff enough for making our trip the most memorable trip of our lives.

Nov 16,2023Booking with VIP traveler was a breeze and customer service is top notch! Even when I had to change the dates of my trip, it was all taken care of. Prior to the trip, I had several email communications to ask questions. I received very prompt responses every time and my questions were answered thoroughly. My trip to Maldives was fantastic and I will book with VIP Traveler again in a heartbeat knowing I am getting a great deal at a great resort. In fact, I am headed to DR next year with VIP Traveler!

Oct 25,2023We had the absolute BEST TIME on our adventure in Greece!! we loved both hotels- but particularly Royal senses in Crete. Our 2 story Villa with plunge pool was incredible! The food tour and cooking class were also fantastic. The walking food tour in Athens was a great way to kick off the trip and get familiar with the city. Accommodations, transport and customer service was excellent and exceeded our expectations. I’ll definitely use VIP traveler again.

Oct 23,2023Everything about VIP travel is exactly what it is! We purchased the Bali package and immediately were floored with the exceptional service they provided. When we had questions they were able to get back to us within the same day (1-2 hours for us). Getting in contact with the both Four Seasons Bali was seamless. From contacting our chauffeurs, scheduling massages, cooking classes, restaurant reservations, etc both VIP traveler and FS Bali was smoother than any other tour companies we have dealt with. Not to mention first class at its finest! We felt that the package we purchased exceeded our expectations! The restaurants dining experience was phenomenal and very attentive to us. Explaining in detail what the dishes were and personalizing our experience (my birthday by singing to me). FS Bali upon arrival enthusiastically welcomed us warmly with catered to our every need. Even staff would remember our names throughout our stay and when we got back from an excursion they would ask us how it went. I felt they went over and beyond because remembering our likes/dislikes exudes that they really do pay attention to the little details which made the trip worth every penny! Not to mention the price point. We did the math and this trip was a steal! Why? We factored in “ala cart” from what we would’ve done/paid and it was 50% off including all activities, chauffeurs, restaurants, FS rooms. Trust us… we did the math! So we knew this deal was legit! The chauffeurs were very welcoming! They were so kind and when we utilized the 12 hour for 2 days we asked for recommendations on temples and experiences, and authentic Balinese food/restaurants. They were always on time and would even help recommend us with what kinds of snacks to bring back home! Would we do it again? Heck yeah! VIP travel actually just got another Bali deal and I’m going to purchase it again because it was just that good! VIP travel you guys are phenomenal! Thank you and I definitely look forward to purchasing more deals in the future!

Oct 08,2023We haven't traveled just yet but our trip to Bali is coming up in just under 3 weeks, but so far leading up to the trip, Mark and his team have been absolutely amazing and helpful in planning every step of our trip. When I first found out about this incredible deal to Bali staying at two different Four Seasons hotels with a ton of bells and whistles thrown in complimentary, it sounded too good to be true. When I reached out to ask about it, Mark actually set up a call with me to talk me through it and make me feel extremely confident that this was the deal for us, and walked me through the process of booking it and made it a very simple process for us. I am still amazed at how amazing of a deal this is and because of it, this is going to be the most lavish vacation we have ever taken, all at a fraction of the normal price, which is perfect for us to celebrate our 10-year wedding anniversary! They have been extremely responsive and have given me honest opinions on different places, restaurants and activities based on my questions in order to help me make the most out of our time in Bali. They also made it a very seamless process with everything including booking the hotels, private car transportation from and to the airport as well as between our hotels, and booking other dinners and activities that are included in their package. We cannot wait to go and we know everything will be incredible thanks to Mark and his team and all of their help in planning our trip. I highly recommend VIP traveler to anyone and I will absolutely be using them many more times in the future for vacations!

Sep 14,2023Five stars ALL- AROUND!!! This was such a memorable trip. Both resorts (Four Seasons Sayan & Four Seasons Jimbaran) were exquisite in their own ways. All the package inclusions were superb! Best of all, we met the most friendly driver and guide, and their courtesy felt like family taking us around Bali. Will DEFINITELY book with VIP Traveler again.

Sep 08,2023This was my first time booking through VIP as I saw a package in an Instagram ad. At first I was reluctant to book through an ad, but I am happy we did. We probably wouldn't have traveled to Asia without this package. VIP was so responsive and periodically checked in prior to the trip to make sure there weren’t any hiccups. During the trip, I once reached out to VIP for assistance and they responded right away even with the 12 hour time difference! There were many highlights to this trip. Both hotels were gorgeous and the staff was top notch. Post covid I haven't seen service like this. All the extras included were great additions - the massages, dinners, breakfast, etc. All in all, we had a great experience with VIP and will be booking again.

Aug 04,2023David and Dan did a great job helping us plan our trip to Egypt where we really didn't know where to start. We were to connect about what we were looking for and what we like to do on trips and David and Dan were able to build an itinerary around that. We were able to go back and forth a few times switching things out and modifying the itinerary incorporating things that we had also found on our own. Ultimately they created a stress-free trip for us to Egypt and booked everything seamlessly for us except for flights which we needed to book.
