Aug 13,2021Vital care nursing are fantastic to work for and along side of, the guys in the office are lovely and very accommodating, always willing to help you. The work places that we go to are also very lovely and only had good experiences and good to say about them, the vital care nursing team are always on hand to talk and help you out and always very approachable.

Aug 11,2021I recently started working for vital care nursing to provide an extra income alongside my usual job ,,from the refresher training to the work offered to me ,,it was the best decision I have made ,,I have found vital care nursing to be friendly, efficient,,plenty of choices offered reguarding shifts local work or further out ,,I can accept or decline,,the staff are friendly, helpful ,,and are dedicated to finding you work in areas you want to work ,,I would recommend vital care nursing to people looking for an honest, reliable, nursing agency to either compliment there day to day job or are inbetween jobs .

Aug 05,2021I have worked with vital since the start and I wouldn’t work with anyone else! Where do I start.. Work life balance is a given you will never miss those important family events or parents evening. Joining process- Slick , Easy , Fast are the three words that come to mind. They use an app that tells you what you need to become compliant so you just take a photo and add it in yourself LOVED IT! Support- You couldn’t be more supported by Charlotte, Kelly, Laura and the girls in the office there always there for an good chat or to resolve anything you need looking Shift - There are lots available covering what ever your looking for days , Nights , long days or short days I love getting about to different homes and knowing I’m 100% supported I never feel like a lone worker! Great company definitely get in touch

Apr 11,2022I have worked for vital now for just over a year, I am more than happy with vital. The office staff are fab and do everything they can to help you. There is always work and shifts available so there’s never a shortage of working. I work a lot with the mental health side, and speak to Jordan a lot, he is fab and very patient. Always listens to your wants and needs and books you in at your preferred location of work. Also makes weekly welfare and check up calls to see if all ok. All the team at vital are fab, friendly and approachable. And more importantly they listen.
