Mar 31,2022Ordered cough medicine as I needed urgently. I trusted Vitapoint as I'd ordered from them previously and they'd been prompt. They advertise 'same day' shipping. I ordered in the early hours of Friday and chose 48 hour delivery. I expected it would ship Friday (same day) and deliver to me Tuesday. Unfortunately the order wasn't shipped until Wednesday, and was delivered to me on Thursday. 2 days late, and thankfully my cough was getting better. Next time I'd consider just going to a local shop, Vitapoint let me down on this occasion.
