Feb 02,2022The products arrived in packaging that was inadequate to withstand the handling by the courier and when opened some of the products were damaged. What's more, most of the products were not in English language packets. There was no mention of so called 'grey imports' on the website.

Jan 29,2022Having given the site one star because the product I received didn't appear to be what I had ordered, I now have to update my review. I have received confirmation from Vosene that their shampoo bottles no longer say Medicated, due to the need to comply with regulations (Medicated apparently infers the shampoo is a medicine, which it is not). They say the contents are the same as they were. So now I will be happy to give Vitapoint five stars, delivery was fast, product was securely wrapped and I am happy to recommend the company on this basis. They did actually contact me and offer a refund, which they did not have to do, so well done Vitapoint.

Really great price so I got two along with some dettol sensitive soup that I’ve been looking for as my local shops stopped stocking it. Delivered in a few days and packaged well I am very satisfied with the service, price and delivery of my items. Will be using them again as the cream is very hard to find!

Dec 13,2021Overall I'm quite pleased with the level of service. Placing the online order was easy and quick. Although Hermes were expecting of my order on the Monday morning it wasn't out for delivery until the Friday. At this time of year I suppose you have to expect a delay. My only disappointment was the lack of email(s), confirming the order and/or that it was now with the delivery team. (Except those from Hermes). In fairness, I suppose I could have logged into Vitapoint's website and checked the status.

Nov 08,2021I ordered- via Amazon-an item from this company. After 2 or 3 weeks the item hadn’t arrived, so via the 3rd party I contacted Vita Point, who immediately sent out a replacement. This arrived in a couple of days, followed the next day ( but 2 or 3 weeks late!) by the original order. I could clearly see it had been despatched on time, the fault lay with the carrier. I contacted Vita Point to see how I could pay for the 2nd item - they refused payment, asking me to accept the 2nd item as a gesture of goodwill. So thank you Vita Point, for sorting the problem so promptly and for your generous gesture.
